Seriously the most unprofessional dental office I’ve been to had a root canal crown and deep clean done with no complications at a dental office in tj that had better care and faster service than here. I’m here in the middle of a root canal and have to wait because they don’t have an available assistant like what the hell is that? Staff yourself up or don’t do a job without the tools you need now I’m here with a half finished root canal and I have work in less than 7 hours. Not to mention it took 45 minutes AFTER my app time to even be taken back. Absolutely dreadful don’t Recommend if you can avoid.

Ofelia was very welcoming and professional.   I felt extremely well cared for entering, during my visit as well as leaving.  Thank you for a positive Dental experience!

The communication is beyond terrible! One of the workers called and changed my 9am appointment to noon. I show up at noon and they told me I missed my appointment because no one changed my original appointment. Every other occasion, they always cancel my appointment! Then I have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Avoid this place at all costs! The service is so bad, I don’t know how they’re still operating.

My mom rina came to this location and was so happy with the experience. the worker Ofelia is so nice and and kind she made the experience so good for her and answered all of her questions!

This was the worst experience ever!! Jackie in the front whom is married asked my husband for his number with me there. Then proceed to talk badly in spanish about people in the lobby i understand spanish fully so it was not ok... then we waited 3 hours and 45 min for him to be seen. Appointment at 10 am and not taken back until 1:50 is crazy after all of it we left at 3 pm worse then an er. Do not go here if you value respect and time.

I enjoyed my visit with  Western Dental The staff were courteous and treat the patient nicely. I had a very pleasant  experience with  them.

This is the worst western dental I have ever been to, I have been waiting for 7 weeks for my Invisalign to come in it was supposed to be 4-5 weeks. I’ve been calling them for the past 2 or so weeks to try and see where my trays are, and they have no answer, nor do they take any progressive action in trying to resolve the problem. All phone calls get put on hold till ignored ‍

Poor service. I would be scheduled for an appointment and confirm through text and arrive to my appointment just to be told I don't have an appointment. Or wait for 2hrs just to be told we don't have enough time to complete everything we scheduled you for to do. Do not recommend

Nicest people to handle my dental care. Naz is an awesome person she had me laughing and made me feel really comfortable. Everyone that works there are very nice. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Naz!!!
