Worst neighborhood I’ve ever known. Terrible HOA. I wish I could leave a negative 2 star review. Residents and HOA are very rude. They are the definition of bully’s. Diane head of the HOA was definitely bullied in high school and now wants to feel some sense of control and power to make herself feel better. Do not live here

I have lived here for over 3 years and have loved it! As soon as I go through the gates the complex it is so beautiful, I am instantly in a peaceful & happy mood. The amenities are wonderful! Who wouldn’t want a resort like swimming pool area and hot tub at home! And no work on maintaining it! The dog park is wonderful! I feel safe in this complex and they take care of all maintenance, so what else can I ask for! Diane and Cristina with management are always great to help all the residents. Love it!

Location location location, Lake Mary is the place to raise a family or retire. For more details about this neighborhood read on. Price for the HOA is on the high side but you get so many things out of the amenities and benefits that compensate for it. You can live here with or without interactions with the neighbors and it is perfectly okay. With the years that I have lived here, neighbors are very nice and understanding. I see a wide variety of families throughout the community. There are quite a bit of people that are starting families in the community, over the years it is nice to see them grow. The retirees in the neighborhood are great people with lots of stories and experiences that make a great neighbors. Overall, I’d choose to live here if I would like to start a new family, which I did. There are 3 phases to this neighborhood. I moved in during phase 2 in 2013. The builders were DR HORTEN for Phase 1 & 3 and Ashton Woods for Phase 2.

This neighborhood is so safe and beautiful! I have two young children, and we enjoy walking and biking through the community. The pool, tennis courts, and playground are our favorite amenities ... but we also take advantage of the gym and the dog park too. I love the sense of peace here, and how lovely it is to take in all the landscaping, fountains, flowers, etc. Plus, we can ride our bikes to the elementary school, restaurants, shopping, and more since the community is located right on the Florida Trail, with an easy/nearby connection to the Seminole Wekiva Trail. And best of all, the property is so well taken care of and requires so little of our own personal attention. We love living here!

I love living in Fountain Parke! I feel like it’s our own little piece of heaven on Earth. I love taking walks because it’s so pretty! & having 3 stories works so well for so many different reasons...home office, mother in law suite, gym, kids play area—all can be on the bottom floor. We are close to anything you could possibly need for shopping purposes. We have been here for two years, & don’t plan on going anywhere.

Fountain Parke is a fantastic community of 3 and 4 story luxury Townhomes, some including elevators. The amenities include a pool with a lane lap, a tennis court, a fitness center, a putting green and a clubhouse. The look and feel is Mediterranean with terracotta barrel roofs. A great mix of people in the neighborhood.

We moved here from Winter Park in May and my family could not be happier. The dog park, the pool and amenities, everything is great. A great time to have a guard gate too with the unrest of the world and they are very good at patrolling. Haven't heard a neighbor thru the great construction either. :

Beautiful community. HOA is hardcore: trash can out 15 min early you'll get a letter. Handicap parking only available at Clubhouse; none within community parking areas. Handicap access to community amenities continues to be very limited. Now can choose between Spectrum or BlueStream Fiber. Saved $80 going with BlueStream. The BS speeds come no where near 1Gb. The 20th century TiVo unit is mediocre. Their FireStick app is even worse. Pick your poison.

Fountain Parke is a beautiful community! We have really enjoyed living here for the past couple of years. We have great schools nearby, close by & convenient shopping, & it's easy to jump on I-4.

Nice community & most residents are great! Unfortunately, there’s a group of residents who’s main goal is to turn it into a retirement community. Really wished someone would’ve warned me it was so 'Family Unfriendly' before I moved in 3 years ago.
