I really wanted to love this place. I heard so many good things about it. I took my wedding ring in to have my 2 piece set into one, redip it because its white gold and file down some prongs. The gentlemen told me the prongs weren't holding anything and they can pretty much remove them when I picked it up I was very please but 3 days later one of the diamonds fell out and thankfully I found it in my bed. It also didn't have a shine to it like before. It just looks dull. I took it back in and the jewelry said he could add the prongs back and apologized. I came back 2 days later to pick up and again loved it but the next say my corner diamonds looked different color then the rest so after taking a closer look it looks like he added too much gold and pushed 2 of the diamonds down so now they don't match with the others. I'm afraid to take it back there and them make it worse. It also looks is so dull. I will have to find another jewelry that I can trust to fix my ring. The staff was so. Ice and the store is beautiful bit I'm so disappointed in the way my ring looks

What an extraordinarily easy and fun experience I had with Tony and his staff, selecting custom earrings for my wife on Mothers Day. High quality and fair pricing! I’m never going anywhere else.
The absolute best customer service in the jewelry industry I have ever experienced. My spouse sent emails to several stores in Florida who work with the designer we were looking for. Park Jewelers was the only one who responded. Sylvie worked meticulously to make sure that my spouse was able to replace my lost band with an exact replica of my original... without even having any pictures! Her diligence, research and knowledge was second to none! When I tell you that this store went above and beyond what was required, that is an understatement! They truly care about their customers' happiness and not their bottom line. At first I was skeptical about using a jeweler hundreds of miles away from us and never stepping foot into the store... now I will be using them for ALL of our future purchases and look forward to maybe even meeting them in person one day if we travel to that area.

Took my wedding ring in to be checked out. I thought the tips on the prongs were worn down. The gentleman who waited on me looked at my ring thru magnification. He assured me my ring was fine and didn't need repair. He then took it back and cleaned it. He also looked at a couple pieces I brought in and gave helpful suggestions. I am very impressed at the professional service I received. I appreciate the integrity of not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. Park Jewelers will be our family's jeweler.

Absolutely the best jewelry store in the Orlando area. Fabulous selection of jewelry. I have lived in the area for over 40 yrs. and they are the best of the best! The staff , and especially Dimitri, were friendly and welcoming. Not at all pushy. Very honest and fair. Many different price points to see. It is very clean and spacious. Great selection. The place to go to find your special someone a treat that they will treasure! I plan to return to find something spectacular for my granddaughters, as well as myself!

I've always dealt directly with the owner & more recently his son, too, both fine people & ethical businessmen. Park Jewelers has top quality high end items & reasonably priced fun pieces, too. Like any good seller of big ticket items, they're open to negotiation & want you, the customer, to be happy & will work with you until you are. Don't hesitate to ask them the hard questions, or to do something extra or difficult, they'll take care of it if it's possible. Their bench jeweler is highly skilled & has done amazing work to repair/modify items. He is truly an artist. I would trust all the ppl at Park Jewelers with your finest family heirlooms, they are truly top tier.
