My practice of medicine involves providing patient-centered care--that is dynamic, vibrant, interesting and hope inspiring. I try to spend quality time with patients, listen to them, and treat them like I would want to be treated myself. I work for a large specialty group practice in San Antonio, TX.
I received my medical degree from Midwestern University, in Glendale, Arizona. Then, I completed my Internal Medicine internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, Virginia and, subsequently, my residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center, in San Antonio.
I have a special interest in electrodiagnostics, musculoskeletal medicine, minimally-invasive pain management (for which I do ultrasound-guided procedures), manual medicine, sports-related injuries, soft tissue, muscle and joint pain.
I am board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
