Dr Jack Ford and Dr Courtney Crance

Dr. Crance is an amazing Dr. She has some excellent team members that should also be recognized for their efforts, those are: Nicki, her nurse,Kira an assistant & Jen the office manager. I have worked with these ladies for YEARS. My mom, my sister, my neice & my best friend ALL see Dr Crance now. My only issue is getting my scripts filled in a timely manner. Controlled substances should be PRIORITIZED in the queue. I cannot go for 3-5 days without these meds or I suffer withdrawal symptoms & it's very hard on my body. It causes me serious problems almost every month. Isn't there a way to fix this issue? It's VERY important!

Update 12/22: the lady who wasn’t answering the phones is gone! Yay! Dr Crance is the most amazing Dr I’ve ever had, but the front desk here absolutely does not answer the phone or return phone calls. At all. For multiple years, according to reviews. I’m out of my meds and having physical pain in my brain! I’ve called everyday for 3 days and last week, left a message with my number each time. Nothing. Also someone on staff is allowed to sell their pyramid scheme in the waiting room which kinda grossed me out.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. I can't say enough about Dr. Courtney Crance. She put the trust back in receiving very thorough, committed, compassionate and empathetic medical care. She's a good listener and not once have I felt patronized by her. Her office staff has also been just as committed to taking care of me as a patient. I highly recommend her if you can't get answers from your current PCP.

I have been with Dr. Ford for nearly 15 years. He is a delight; however, his office people don't always answer the phone nor do they return calls from the recordings. One time, I actually had to go in person to get what I needed. I have asked twice this year for an accounting of my charges. I get the standard reply that they are way to busy at the moment, but will get it to me the next time. I have yet to see any accounting. It is sad that I now need to find another Doctor because of Dr. Ford's incompetent front office. J. Frederick

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the unresponsiveness when trying to get someone to answer the phone or call me back when I am trying to get a simple refill for my prescription. Dr. Crance was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my first visit with her. However, since then I have difficulty getting any messages through to her and it has taken up to 3 weeks to have a simple prescription refill sent back to the pharmacy. The staff makes apologies but there is no progress when trying to get anything accomplished. Still waiting...

I would never recommend Dr. Crance. I filed a complaint against the Colorado Medical Board. Dr. Crance is negligent, untimely in her response to numerous tests and phone calls, and dismissive in her treatment with me as her patient. I've only been seen twice, but had a number of tests and results that needed swift interpretation. For one test, I waited three weeks without response with results I had no idea how to interpret. I've been seen for symptoms, but Dr. Crance never conducted physical exams. She showed me a textbook though. Some of my results, I've never received from Dr. Crance, who was the ordering physician. She does not send referrals on time to referring offices. They rarely return my calls and voicemails. Patient, beware, especially if you suffer from chronic pain.

Dr. Crance and her team are excellent. Not only is she highly knowledgeable and professional, but Dr. Crance is incredibly kind and compassionate. Her outstanding bedside manner meant a lot to me as I was going through a scary time. I am impressed with how responsive Dr. Crance and her team are, and I appreciate that they always take extra time to answer all of my questions.

Dr Ford and his partner, Dr. Courtney Chance his grand daughter, are great. Very understanding, patient, thorough, up to date with current information. Office staff is great, too! Thank you. Icouldnt give high enough praise as a doctor and as a wonderful and caring person and doc! I absolutely love my Doctor, Dr. Courtney Crance, she never ceases to amaze me with her knowledge and determination to help her patients to the best of her ability and the upmost care. She has an amazing bedside manner and is genuine, very knowledgeable and I couldn't even imagine having to have gone through this last year without her, after my other amazing doctor changed fields of practice and I didn't qualify for his new place of work. I am more impressed more and more by Courtney with each and every visit with her. If there is something that is unknown, she does all she can to research it and figure out what is the cause and doesn't give up or blow things off as unimportant. She has made the quality of my life improve at least 10 fold with new knowledge of my illnesses and issues, and having knowledge that is different and an alternative to what hasn't been working to another alternative that has had wonderful results and benefits for me. I am able to do so much more in life and I am not as limited as I had been for decades. It's a whole new world...yes, cue the little mermaid music! Lol The staff is wonderfully friendly, helpful and keep the atmosphere within the office uplifting, lighthearted and are all very friendly and good at their jobs. The office as a whole flows and works very well together and do everything possible to help solve, treat, cure if possible and do whatever they possibly can or to at least improve the situation to improve ones quality of life. I can't thank all of them enough! Thank you for you wonderful care and efforts towards figuring all of my issues out, so they can be treated as best as possible so I am now able to work at least part time, which I haven't been able to do for over 15 years now. Thanks a million for all you do, as a whole and individually! You all rock!

February 16th, 2019 I’m quite frustrated. the staff never pick up the phone and when they do, they say they will have the doctor review my file and call back and which they never do... For 2 weeks now I have been trying to get info to and from the dr. with no return calls. March 17th, 2019 So I have had to go back to the office to have a release sent twice now to my old ob/gym because they keep loosing mine, it’s been well over 60 days... no return calls on my messages or anything to notify me if they got my files from my previous doctor and where to do from here ... complete waste of time and money!
