How to contact Dr. Chandler and Courtney
1. Leave a phone message.
This is best if you will need to talk with one of us anyways.
2. Send an email.
This is best if you want to send me something you have written or received that can be part of the medical record. It is also a good way to tell me something when I don’t have to call you back like refills or that things are going well. My email is secure, but it is still easy to send it to the wrong person. To make that less likely, I have put a picture of me on my email account. To make sure I don’t send an email to the wrong person, put a picture of you or whatever on your account so I can double check that I have the right message going to the right person
3. Send a fax.
We hate faxes. They are hard to integrate into the medical record, frequently get lost or partially sent, are often hard to read, and when they are processed into the medical record, it is easy to make a mistake.
4. Send an actual letter.
I eventually will get it.
How not to contact Dr. Chandler or Courtney
1. Do not send me text messages. I actually will not reply.
2. Do not try and put something on our facebook page
3. Do not slip a piece of paper under the door. There is a 50% chance it will never get to me.
4. Do not try and find me at the hospital through the mental health clinic.
