Dr Bartov was kind, compassionate and thorough! I would recommend her to any friend who needs a rheumatologist to take great care of them!!
Dr Bartov is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, caring and helped me identify the source of my autoimmune issues. She helped me through 3 different types of drugs and I am happily in remission from sever crohns and other rheumatological issues. I have no idea why she does not have all 5 stars Highly recommend!
God complex - Waited 3 months for an appointment and was called prior to it because Dr. Bartov decided she didn't want to work that day. They wanted me to wait another 3 months for another appointment. I was told by her fast talking, chirpy receptionist that patients wait up to 6 months for an appointment. Guess Dr. Bartov believes she's the reincarnation of Dr. House, M.D.
I am fortunate to have Dr. Bartov as my rheumatologist. She is intelligent and caring and very inciteful. She really listens when you speak and gives solutions, when possible. Dr. Bartov covers all the bases when you explain a problem you are having. I am 86 and she respects what I say and I respect and listen to her answers. I contact her on the portal when I have a health issue and she is very attentive and she or her staff are prompt in giving me the information . Dr. Bartov is on top of my BEST DOCTORS list.
I have been seeing dr bartov for a few yrs and I am very happy with her service. I make my appointment months in advance because I know she books up quick. She has been doing virtual appointments with me during the pandemic and being that I stay home with my toddler and don’t have access to child care at the moment this has been so convenient. She takes my thoughts into consideration and really cares when I am in pain. She also looks at notes from my primary care and vice versa to make sure all bases are covered when it comes to my health. When I need a prescription refill the office is very quick to approve it. If I need labs they mail it to me or send it electronically to the lab without any delays. I really have no complaints and hope she never moves away.
I've been seeing Dr. Bartov for a couple of years now. She has been wonderful. I have some psych issues as well and her compassion and understanding have been amazing. Her treatment plan for my RA has worked better than I hoped. Absolutely recommend.
I never want to write bad reviews but this time I had to do it. My husband is sick and I did an appointment for him 3 month ago with Dr Bartov, they didn’t had any appointments earlier. When my husband went to the office, they told him they cancelled his appointment and the Doctor didn’t wanted to see him. They said it had to be cancelled because we didn’t pick up the phone to confirm the appointment. We never received a call and we could see the appointment in My Chart so when he went to the appointment at 8:30 am they said he had to reschedule with another doctor and leave. It was very frustrating and very bad experience. I don’t even know if the doctor knows what happened. They don’t know my husband’s condition and how hard for him it is to get up, get dressed and go to an appointment. He is in chronic pain and they were very rude to him and didn’t had empathy towards him and they should, they are dealing with sick patients and they shouldn’t be the reason for him to get sicker. I called back and the person in the office didn’t want to hear me. I was telling her that my husband was still outside and needed help and she didn’t wanted to attend him. I hope they don’t do this to another patient again.
Dr. Bartov is an exceptional doctor. I initially went to a horrible doctor that hurt me when he administered the injections for arthritis in my hands. I was amazed and shocked to find out that it shouldn’t hurt at all. Dr. Bartov showed me this. She numbs the area and is gentle so I don’t even feel the needle. Dr. Bartov is truly interested in her patients’ overall well being. I have and would recommend Dr. Bartov. She is awesome!
Dr. Bartove is wonderful physician. My daughter and I are both patients of Dr. Bartov and consider ourselves fortunate to have her as our our Rheumatologist. She is skilled, thorough and empathic. The RNs are knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and needs and her tech and front office staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this office.
There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL Dr. Bartov is. Dr. Bartov is beyond brilliant, listens, speaks so you can understand and CARES!!!! I believe Dr. Bartov should give a class to other medical providers on how to treat patients! Her staff office/nursing is great too of course!!!!
