My review isn’t based on Dr. Maders dentistry but instead on the customer care part of my experience. I’m 43 years old and have done all that I can and have put a lot of into my smile. Due to genetics I’m left with no choice but to end up getting denture implants. I have an appointment scheduled to do so but had seen Dr. Maders televised program advertising the Hybridge implants. So I made an appt to discuss with him and his staff my options and to see if this was a possibility for me. When first discussing my situation, Dr Mader explained the process and procedure with me while telling me how horrible denture implants were going to be. How it would age me 15 years instantly and I’ll look like I’ll have a mouth full of plastic. Now I realize this is his job to sell his product and this would be great if at the end of the consultation I would have been able to get his product. After making it sound so easy and simple to get financed keep in mind I have great credit I was only able to get financed for a partial of the $48,000 that I would need! So not only did I leave his office unable to get the procedure, but now he has completely demolished what little bit of Confidence I had in getting the $15,000 procedure that I am able to afford. They need to adjust their approach so if at the end of the consultation, if one isn’t able to afford or finance his product, they’re not leaving someone completely devastated. Not only for not being able to go forward with what he is offering but killing all of their self confidence in the process!
I recommend this dental office greatly. They do wonderful work. Everyone is extremely friendly, and very helpful.
I’ve never had such an excellent dental experience, and I had a massive amount of work. The staff is incredibly professional and caring. I’d recommend Dr. Mader and Michiana Smiles to anyone. My mouth feels and looks fantastic. Worth every penny.
5 stars isn't enough! I seriously can't express how incredibly happy I am to have Dr. Mader and his staff as my go to dentist office. I have had so many bad experiences with prior doctors and as a result I struggle with severe dental related anxiety and fear. Even the smell of a dental office, that ground enamel smell, will make my heart race and have me nauseous. Then we found Dr. Mader and I can't even properly explain how much of an impact he has had on my life. Every visit I feel years of anxiety shed off like weights being lifted from my shoulders; they make me feel super comfortable, remember me and my wife and kids by name the moment we walk in, the office and exam rooms all smell wonderful clean and sterile and no tooth enamel smell, the staff is all SOO nice. You can tell they care about their team and hand pick the best of the best, which then means you get people who work on you with great attitudes and are just genuinely pleasant to be around. Besides the amazing staff of nurses and Dr. Mader, I've also had the pleasure of having Dr Lynch, Dr VanDeVoore. and Dr Durnell and all are equally incredible doctors. Shout out to all of them, some of the kindest and coolest doctors I've met in my life. I mean, I would hang out with these people, they all just give off that "good guy vibe." I always come out feeling better, even during procedures where there should be discomfort after and I've got to say -- I just feel better than I did before the procedure! Even putting in an IV line I couldn't feel a thing, not even a pinch. I don't know how they do it, these guys are so good I'm tempted to call them magicians instead of doctors because their work is straight up magic. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who have worked with me, you have truly made my dental experiences better and better with every visit. I finally look forward to my next appointment rather than dreading it and that is all because of this facility's amazing work. We considered moving out of state and I'm not even kidding when I say Dr. Mader's clinic impacted that decision. He and his staff are seriously THAT GOOD. You will have no doubts about it after a single visit. I've become a walking billboard for this clinic spreading word of mouth whenever I can.
Dr. Mader is truly an exceptional dentist, as well as the rest of his staff. I can't say enough nice things about them.
I know it has been a while since I have seen him but... the 2 teeth the he "fixed" have either broke or fell ou . I do not recommend him. I paid a fortune for the "work" he did and now I have to pay more money to have it fixed. He is way over priced and obviously not caring of his wor .
Some bad work done like some of the other reviews. Do not recommend.
I had work done too and now I’m paying more to fix the damage .
Fantastic dentist...perfectionist and great staff!
