Jeremy is the best dentist in my opinion. He's funny and makes you feel at ease. He always checks that you're comfortable and not feeling any pain. All the girls are wonderful. The entire staff are friendly and courteous. Jeremy Allen makes you not hate going to the dentist!!
I want to give them ZERO stars!!! I don't recommend this dentist at all! First off, the dental work is not good. There should not be continuous pain after a filling for several months afterwards. Second, the office hours are not friendly for people who work for a living in order to have dental insurance. I have struggled to get an appointment to get the care needed to relieve the pain because of the fact that they are not open when I am off of work. Unless you work nights it is impossible to get seen. Yet, other reviews have stated that those who have medicaid and have time to get there during business hours are not accepted.
This is the worst place to go for dental work. This office has continually dropped the ball and gave no effort in the care for a patient. It's been going on five months to get this office to send over a referral for an oral surgeon, but they continually ignore the patient and request. Was lied to and told the surgeon was not taking any new patients, when in fact they are. Don't go here.
Best Dentist in London. He is so awesome, kind, and works with my anxiety. I’ve been going there for years and now my daughter does too!
I have neglected my teeth for many years because of lack of dental insurance and a phobia of dentists. But I'm finally able to get my dental health restored. Dr. Allen and his staff have just been wonderful to me as I'm going the process of getting the work needed. They are all very personable and are always asking if I am comfortable . I highly recommend going to Dr. Allen's dentist office and I know I will continue to do so.
The brown haired lady in customer service is very mean person. I paid $84.00 for deep cleaning just on the right side. They told me to come back at a later date to have the left side deep cleaned. I explained to the lady at the window I would have to pay twice for one deep cleaning. I forgot my receipt & sent a family member to pick it up. She wrote the receipt for $160.00 with a balance of $24.00 remaining. They also billed my insurance company to. I called the office and ask why my receipt was wrote out for more than what I paid the lady hung up on me.
For me the dentist has always been a very scary place. As a child I had a very mean dentist which caused me to have a huge fear. Dr Allen and the ladies at this office are AMAZING! He makes sure you feel as little pain as possible they are all so so nice. Definitely has that family feel to it! I just recommended him to a friend tonight that also has a fear of dentists. Thank you Dr Allen and ladies in the office for being so nice and making me feel comfortable given my past trauma in this department. If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend for dental needs.
They do great work, the staff is friendly, and to top it off it's the only dentist I've ever gone to where the they didn't try to have a conversation with me while they had tools inserted in my mouth. Never thought I'd be one to rate a dentist visit as a positive experience but it was surprisingly pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them.
Dr. Allen and his staff do an amazing job at taking care of all the dental needs that have come up for me. The people in the office are very kind and considerate. They are very professional and put your mind at ease. They always check on you to make sure that you are doing okay and that you are comfortable. I have never had a better dental experience. I'd like to say a big THANK YOU!!
Awesome dentist great man! Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Gets you in and out and gets the job done! Very courteous and professional. When it comes to fillings or needles very caring and done with ease! Great job Jeremy Allen Dentistry!!
