Worst dentist ever. Don’t waste your money. Only emergency dentist nearby open on the weekends. Had a 5th wisdom tooth come in. They called it “lucky”. Kakaris was fighting with the other dentist who wanted to remove the tooth, but she insisted there’s room in my mouth for the wisdom tooth to grow in and we want to “save my teeth.” That would make 3 wisdom teeth on my bottom row. She insisted on a root canal instead of removing the tooth. Now My teeth are shifting. My gums are so tight and there’s not enough room for the tooth in my mouth. When I asked how much it was for a root canal she said $800 then came back with a $2300 bill & that was from “start to finish” because it would be more than one visit. On my next visit they tried to charge me again for X-rays that I disputed. The cap on the root canal is uneven. I can’t even bite down, my teeth no longer touch. For weeks after the root canal there was something slicing my tongue and after enough wiggling I finally dissected a piece of chipped tooth trapped in my gum under the cap of my root canal. This place is criminal. I’m sure people only go here in emergencies because reading the reviews are beyond accurate. The low reviews that is…had the same bad cheated experience here. Wish we could get our money back and save future people the pain and $$.
This place is amazing! The staff very helpful and patient and Dr.Kakaris was absolutely amazing with my three year old for his first dental appointment. I was so nervous bringing him to the dentist. She put him at ease immediately upon walking in when she seen he started to get upset. He has since been asking me when he can go back and get his teeth cleaned again. I am so thankful to have found this dentist office. And again the staff amazing!!!!!
I thought this was a good dentist in a pinch.THEYRE SCAMMERS. I should’ve known when they offered me a job without ANY experience. They did unnecessary x-rays, ran up my insurance in two visits, didn’t inform me of actual issues when they were evaluated; forcing me come back for more work. They made me pay nearly 700 upfront and promise to pay the rest that month. Then call me at work for the money 3weeks behind Unfinished work or poor quality and failed to charge my card in the time they promised. My cavity is highly sensitive and they nearly removed all of my tooth for a root canal. THEYRE SCAMMERS.
I first found out about Kakaris Family Dentistry when I had an emergency back in October 2022. I had a tooth break during dinner and I was incredibly upset. I called Kakaris Dentistry and they got me in the next morning. Dr KP had to do a root canal and a temporary crown that day. He was very sympathetic to my pain and anxiety and he treated me like a human being, not just a wallet. I had never had a root canal before and I was very nervous, but he was very patient and he made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. He even called me two days later to see how I was doing and he prescribed me steroids to help the inflammation go down. I have not had any problems with the root canal or crown and since that appointment I have had more work done to repair the years of neglect and damage that pregnancy and life has caused my poor teeth. I *super* appreciate how friendly Dr KP is, he makes you feel comfortable by being friendly and joking around to lighten the mood. I have also found the office staff to be quite friendly and the hours are very conducive to someone who works/has kids because they also offer some Saturday appointments and emergency appointments. My children also go here for cleanings & Dr KP was very friendly and patient with them as they were very nervous during their first appointments. I HIGHLY recommend them, I feel that Dr KP is incredibly honest and really cares about his patients. I trust him to do what is necessary and right.
Dr. Kakaris is the most thorough dentist with the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced. I can't say enough good things. Quick and painless!

The Kakaris Family Dentistry has provided me the perfect part-time job for a full-time college student. The staff provides a welcoming work environment and interacting with patients is my favorite part of the job!
FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!! This place is a joke my boyfriend and I have had 3 root canals done here and all 3 have had to be redone. They don’t tell you about cavities you have during cleanings they wait until it’s so bad that a root canal is needed so they can over charge you and your insurance and you.
$800 for a root canal that failed in 3 weeks. Billed my insurance for a ton of xrays that were unnecessary. Then charged me another $300 to pull the tooth that they "fixed" because they maxed out my insurance. The whole time, trying to get me to spend 3k on an implant. I tried. This place almost seems criminal. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I'd rather be toothless than taken advantage of. .
Went to this place to get a fixed retainer removed. Dr. Kakaris did the removal and after that we asked her if she could fix a crooked tooth. To what she replied “yes”. She could do it with a plastic retainer and it had to be done in several sessions. The first session she used a mold to make the retainer. The second session she gave us the retainer. The retainer was putting too much pressure on the teeth and it hurt. That’s why on the next visit, she filed the tooth using a dental polishing strip to make the tooth get into place but the tooth did not go into place and it did not work; she created a space between the crooked tooth and the tooth next to it. On another visit, she put a putty into the crooked teeth and put too much pressure to get the tooth to move and that did not work as well. When she realized it did not work, she said that an orthodontist had to check the tooth out. On the appointment with the orthodontist, he said that the only way for the tooth to move was with braces. I asked him why she started a process she had no idea. She was brought to see the damaged in front of the orthodontist and she denied everything. She ruined the tooth and the jaw due to her putting too much pressure; they tried to tell us that they could cover the space between the crooked tooth and the tooth next to it but that was not going to work because they damaged my teeth.
