DR John D Bray Allergy and Sleep Center

My experience started out pretty good with effective allergy shots, and the ability to easily get in and out fairly quickly. Over the past six months or so it’s gone downhill. Now on multiple occasions, even when calling ahead to verify someone was there and that it was a good time to come in, I have waited significant amounts of time, and there was no nurse available to give the shots. Most common reasons have been either the only nurses/s being in an appointment for lengthy times, once nearly an hour. The latest trip in one nurse gone for lunch while another was in a meeting with Dr Bray for lengthy periods while a backlog waited in the lobby again, after calling ahead and arriving within 5 minutes of the communicated time. Their hours are not flexible enough for this to occur regularly for working individuals to utilize their shot services. Hoping things return to normal.

I recommend Dr. Bray. My son had uncontrolled asthma, and he would end up in the ER several times a year. Dr. Bray prescribed preventive medications and an asthma action plan. My son's asthma has been controlled, since we started seeing him. The only thing is that they run behind schedule because they are busy. It's worth the wait. I don't mind the wait because he does a great job.

As a nurse, I truly admired Dr Brays thorough examination. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. After my assessment with him I told his nurse you only meet Dr.'s like him at MD Anderson. At no surprise she responded that he actually does go to MDA. Top of the line quality care!!!

In May they recommend I get allergy shots, I said ok let me know what the insurance says. I get a voicemail from a nurse there saying my allergy shots are 100% covered and I don't have to pay a dime. I start getting the allergy shots, then a month or so later I get a almost two thousand dollar bill from them. I talk to Dr. Brays about several times and they do not seem to care, dont say its 100% covered if it's not then send me a bill.

Dr. Bray and his staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like you are welcome. Dr. Bray is very thorough in his exams and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be seen when I needed. They made me feel like a priority and I truly cannot thank them enough. I plan on recommending to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Bray and staff.

I had chronic cough for years that left me breathless & exhausted - Dr. Bray figured out the source of the issue and didn't just treat the symptoms - I feel like I have a life again and not chained to my inhaler.

Nobody better than Dr. Bray, I have been here for over 13 years and He takes care of all my concerns with Asthma and Allergic reactions. Always a great experience. A little long on the wait to be seen, but always worth the wait!
