The providers at this clinic will see you at your appointment, prescribe medication and then NEVER call it over to the pharmacy. Voicemails are never returned, patient messages through Patient Fusion are never replied to. I had to switch medical providers as the medication that was prescribed for me was never called in and no one at this practice would help me get it filled. There is absolutely no communication from the providers once you leave your appointment. Very disappointing! I am referencing the Cripple Creek clinic location.
Hello :. I just want to say that I have been going to this clinic since November 2022. So far, I am so very relieved and thrilled to finally have a healthcare provider, who actually explains and answers any questions I might have. I no longer have to worry about whether or not they will do what they say they are going to do. I no longer have to worry that it will take so much time just trying to get a hold of someone and get issues resolved. This office is professional, yet friendly; and they actually care about your health. I absolutely recommend this office because, Sandra Ziegler, AGNP-BC, and Gorman Medical are the best.
Made an over the phone appointment with them to get updated info on how I was doing with my postpartum and they never called. So unprofessional and honestly just don’t waste your time in their office. Second time giving them a chance and it’s like why bother!
Gorman Medical is an incredible doctors office. You will be heard and taken care of by Dr. Fran. She is seriously the kindest person. She’s a unicorn doctor. Her assistants are really great as well. Bring a book and a water because they give everyone, you included the time they need during their visits so plan on waiting a bit but it’s so worth it because they will listen to you and be kind and truly do their best to make you feel your best.
Great experience with nurse but follow ups and actually getting medication was terrible. They don’t answer the phones and answer emails after a couple of days. This is annoying as I requested a refill a week ago only to find out they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy.. who knows when I’ll actually get the prescription
Omg! Medical staff that cares and takes the time to explain things to you! Very responsive. This is a gem in Cripple Creek.
