Went here for many years but now live in another state. I had an appointment at another dentist this morning 3 or 4th I have tried since laving MA and it made me miss Dr Menna and his team so much. These guys are top notch, I may even fly back for my next appointment.
Dr. Menna is my husband's dentist, but wasn't mine. I went to him for a 2nd opinion on some x-rays and to discuss procedures my current dentist not so kindly insisted I needed. Dr. Menna was WONDERFUL!!! He discussed all possibilities and calmed me right down as someone who has a lot of anxiety going to the dentist anyway. Highly recommend! The office staff was really nice and helpful as well!
Dr. Joseph Menna and his team deliver consistently outstanding clinical and customer service to their patients. I have been a patient for many years and will remain as one. Not only is the professional team to be commended, but Dr. Menna's support staff is also excellent. The entire group is attuned to making your experience a pleasant one. They offer assistance with financial matters and always get back to you in a timely manner. Dr. Menna has set the tone - professional, outstanding care, and fun - and under his leadership, a new standard in dental practice has emerged. From the moment you enter the office, you are greeted by a friendly staff member. The pleasant reminders make it difficult for you to miss an appointment. I never thought that that I would say that I enjoy going to the dentist!!
Going to the dentist can be a real chore. I have to say that in the 25 years that I have been a patient of Dr. Menna's, I have never dreaded going to his office. He is the only dentist my children have ever known and my oldest is 27! Dr. Menna is professional, knowledgeable and a perfectionist! When I refer others to his office, they love him as well! Most of the staff has been in place since I started with his practice, which speaks for the work environment. The staff seems happy and they really seem to enjoy their work as well as working with each other. A real team! He also has a great network of dental professionals. These professionals are just as trustworthy as he is and he might refer you to one of them on occasion if he feels you need a specialist. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Menna or his staff. They are a great practice and they always willing to help!
I have been going to Dr Joe and Jen for 15 years, and I seriously look forward to every visit. They are *excellent* at what they do, but I also have so much fun at my cleanings that I would go every week if I could. Everybody in this practice is awesome and makes it fun and enjoyable to go to the dentist - even for things like fillings, etc that would be unpleasant at any other dental practice. My husband used to avoid going to the dentist until I convinced him to see Dr Joe; now he loves going! Thank you to Dr Joe, Jen, and everyone else in the practice for being so AMAZING!
Dr. Joseph Menna is the best dentist I've ever had. Over the years I've presented him with some fairly challenging dental problems. He's handled them all with patience, kindness, humor, and great skill. It should also be said that he has a fantastic and highly skilled staff whom he treats with love and respect. You will always get the finest care at Dr. Menna's office -- and your teeth will look and feel great.
Our whole family has been going to Dr Menna for almost 24 years. The care has always been superb and personal. Due to Dr Menna’s care, I still have most of my teeth intact and in good shape, which I did not expect 20 years ago. Thank you Dr Menna and your team of hygienists. Jen is my dental hygienist. She has an expert hand and she makes my visit as painless as possible. Also her cheerful manner is awesome. I've been a patient of Dr Menna's for 30 years. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed during procedures that everything is virtually painless. Even when my kids were little I never had any issues trying to get them to the dentist. The staff took the time to make all the big equipment seem less intimidating and even fun. Dr Menna and his staff are the BEST!.
I had a recent visit to Dr. Menna. My visit was excellent as they have been for more than twenty years. Dr. Menna is without question the best dentist. His skills and procedures are top of the line and I have never had a failed procedure and many of my dental issues have been challenging to say the least.
Dr. Joe Menna is the absolute best dentist around! My hygienist Jen gives thorough, pain free cleanings! I have had fillings and crown by Dr. Joe and am amazed that any work has been done pain free. I was totally amazed a few months ago when my crown was made right before my eyes by an incredible machine he has right in the office! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The office is impeccably clean and equipment is up to date. I honestly could fall asleep while in the chair, that's how relaxed I am when I go to Dr Menna's office. This Dentist and Office Staff are 5+ for sure!
