AWESOME!! I was in Chandler visiting for one week and had a mishap with a crown that needed immediate attention. They were able to squeeze me in 3 times to get what needed to be done. From the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the knowledgeable, qualified, and caring doctors Truong and Gopi, I was confident in their diagnosis and solutions. They took time to explain things and were conscientious in helping me make decisions. Wish I could bring them all to WI!!
This dentistry is fantastic!! My wire broke a while ago and my normal dentist wouldn’t fix it. Earlier in the week, it was causing me a lot of pain- called this place since it was close to my house. They got me in the same week and fixed it right away!! Also I pay out of pocket and it was worth it. I’m considering switching dentists. Thank you so much!!!
Pros: Friendly Staff, easy to make appointments Cons: Doctor said he wouldn’t fix my younger sister chipped tooth because he said, she would just chip it again. I got my braces done here 4K and there are not many color options sadly. Finally my braces are off now and I have had to go back over 3 times to get my retainer fixed. I wear my retainer as advised 24/7 I have a clear retainer and a Harley retainer. My bottom front teeth are getting out of place again. I called to see if I can get a replacement and it’s $300. Maybe I wouldn’t get a replacement if my retainer did what it is supposed to do. Anytime I voice my opinion about my teeth the doctor says he knows what is best. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE. My braces didn’t work now I have to go waste more money to get them fixed and Dr Tran doesn’t care and always blames me or ask if I’m wearing my retainer if the same problem is occurring why can’t he see it’s the retainer? NEVER GO HERE
Friendly staff! Efficient too. I was given 3 options and prices to fix a problem tooth which is better than only going with most expensive. The office person took my battered med list and actually typed me up one that's much easier to read, on her own! while I got my teeth cleaned, that was so nice. I've been to this office a few times now and it's been great each time....it was nice to hear my teeth are super clean too.
Dr Trang and his team are the best. I always feel so welcome here and love chatting with his staff. They are very helpful and take great care of my teeth. I believe they are extremely honest and have no desire of selling you something you don’t need. Their pricing is the best and so is their knowledge. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.
I was trying to get an appointment in the Prescott area but all offices were either completely booked or way too overpriced. I drove all the way to chandler from Prescott and I went to Dobson Warner Dentistry to get a routine teeth cleaning and the service was absolutely outstanding. It felt like a very welcoming dentist office. Dr. John Antonio was my doctor and his service and friendliness was exemplary. I would definitely recommend come here to anyone seeking any dental services in the Phoenix/ Chandler area. Definitely worth it. The price was extremely reasonable and my appointment was booked within minutes of me calling them.
Dr Antonio's technique is primitive and overly destructive. He butchered my healthy teeth and ruined my bite. Dr Antonio said, "Your teeth are too sharp", then immediately, without my permission, he flattened all of my teeth. My teeth now grind and roll when I eat, and chewing is difficult. Dr Antonio said I had 4 fillings that needed replacement. Instead of filling the pinhole cavities like my prior Dentist, he dug crater holes in my 4 molars and then capped them with a hard cement. I'm now biting on cement plates and my mouth is in pain all of the time. There was no need for Dr Antonio to be so destructive with my teeth. My teeth were healthy with no new decay and a history of tiny cavities. My mouth now hurts all of the time and eating is now a difficult and painful process. I wish I had never gone to this Dentist.
I was there for a regular cleaning. The staff is very friendly and caring. The hygienist did an excellent job on cleaning. It was done throughly and carefully. He gave me very encouraging advice regarding the maintenance of my teeth. I appreciate how they just focus on the needs of patients and not try to sell services.
Great Friendly Staff and Fun Atmosphere. Dr. John Antonio is nice and he helped me decide what I needed to do with my smile and Jesse did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. The front desk girls were kind and they were able to take my dental insurance. Great Clinic! Five Stars!
I was a patient with my entire family many years ago. After relocating and trying several different dental offices, I'm so happy my kids and I are back where we belong. At a dental office that really cares. Nice staff, professional and friendly doctors, that actually care about the health a d benefits for our teeth. Thank you, Dobson Warner Dental!!
