We travel 40-45 minutes to Dr. Kirby and pass three other pediatric dentist offices because we love her and this office so much! Dr. Kirby has done tie releases for both of my sons, but also was just a kind heart when my family needed it the most. We travel there to continue routine dental care for my older son and will for my youngest as well.
I will say the staff is very friendly and took great care of my son but they are not great with keeping things sterilized. I watched the lady drop prongs and the suction on the floor and pick them up and CONTINUE to use them on my child…. Didn’t wipe them off or anything…!!! Not to mention the rooms are filthy with dust and you can tell they don’t get cleaned often.
Dr. Kirby is by FAR the BEST there is. She took my concerns about my sons lip tie seriously and he ended up having a tongue tie as well. She fixed it same day. We had a follow up where his tongue was starting to closed back a little and I apologized so much thinking it was my fault of not stretching him good enough. This wonderful human told me it wasn’t my fault, don’t feel bad and this is normal and why she does follow ups. She is extremely reassuring, compassionate, kind and caring. She doesn’t rush and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She calmed my nerves and anxiety. I can’t thank her enough for giving me my baby back and listening to me. She changed our lives and my children will continue to see her for as long as possible. I can’t thank her and her team enough. I would have a million stars if I could but I’m only given 5. Thank you Dr. Kirby. Seriously. Thank you
I’ve been taking my daughter to see Dr. Kirby for several years now. I would recommend her to anyone who has concerns about how their child will interact with or be cared for by a dentist. I drive from a neighboring town full of dentists to go here and will continue to do so. All of the staff is patient, friendly and helpful. I’m grateful for this team.
Dr Hoetker and he staff are absolutely amazing. Hoetker opened the door to a better life for our son and his dental needs through an outpatient procedure and he is now living his best life eating and drinking like he should without issue. The nurses are very well trained and were very personable and understanding and compassionate. The doctor was nothing short of amazing, from her genuine care in our son's wellbeing, to the tears we shared telling our stories. Words just can't explain how happy and thankful we were to have crossed paths.
Dr. Kirby and her entire office were fantastic. She answered all of my questions, gave me options, and explained the treatment plan. My toddler was absolutely losing it while we talked and they were so patient with him and weren’t bothered by the tantrum. The whole office was welcoming and helpful, and that alone eased my nerves tremendously. Dr. Kirby is absolutely worth the 2.5 hour drive, I know my kiddo is in good hands with her.
Dr Kirby and her office are the best of the best. My daughter sustained a significant injury to her mouth on a Sunday afternoon. Dr Kirby called me back quickly and continued to check on her through out the evening. She was seen in the office first thing the next day and is healing exactly how she expected. Can not say enough good things about them. Not only are they the best they genuinely care about their patients!
Dr. Kirby is AMAZING! She really backed up her research and answered all my questions. As a first time mom, I was nervous about getting my sons revisions done and she reassured me the importance of it and why she thought it was necessary. She gained my trust and I HIGHLY recommend her to anybody!!
My daughter has been going here for years. Wouldn't take her anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and professional. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Kirby and everyone else!!
Such an amazing place. My kids are always well taken care of and love the friendly environment. Everyone works so hard to make them feel safe and relaxed and even though it's a dentist it's also fun! Dr. Kirby is amazing at what she does!
