Dr. Malone addressed my concerns in a very thoughtful and methodical way. Her attention to detail was duly noted! She empathized with my discomfort and provided me with an immediate solution as well as a long-term plan. I highly recommend her.
Believe me I’m not one to love going to the dentist,but Dr. Schaefer and his staff are so welcoming and experienced, I would not go anywhere else! I’ve had my share of crowns and a root canal or two but going to Dr. Schaefer for the continuing procedures was actually pleasant and professional. Love you guys!!
I have been going to Dr. Schaefer for several years. The dental work that I have received there has been incredible and the results have been above and beyond my expectations. They have always been extremely courteous. Going to the dentist can be an extremely nerve racking experience but with this team, it's always been a calm and even relaxing experience.
Never had less than an excellent experience with Dr Schaefer and the most awesome staff in Louisville! As an admitted "dental-phobe", the care is friendly and gentle. I find that I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!
I am new to Louisville and was recommended to this dentist by an old friend. Great office! Welcoming staff, lovely waiting room and a relaxed feel about the place. Dr. Schaefer was kind, professional, thorough and took time to explain what he was doing while he examined my teeth and why he was doing it. He also asked me general questions about my health - again, very thorough! Missy, his hygienist, was funny, easy to talk to, and gave me some great tips on improving my gum health. I am giving 4 stars only because I haven't had a cavity removed yet or had any major work done - but I'm pretty confident that when and if I need it, it will be the best!
Dr. Schaefer is a magician! He did amazing work on our son's teeth and he is smiling from ear to ear. His confidence is up and his teeth look beyond perfect! Our son really liked Dr. Schaefer and his amazing staff. I know that Dr. Schaefer's fun sense of humor made the experience a lot easier for our son. Would definitely recommend!
Dr Schaefer and his entire team make you feel like part of their family. They greet you with a smile and know your name, family, and interests. I cannot imagine a more competent and committed dentistry practice. The work itself is first-class in every sense, a well-oiled machine from scheduling to cleaning to functional corrections and aesthetic improvements. You’ll know you’re in good hands the moment you walk through the door.
The office is very clean and the staff is wonderful! I would recommend Dr. Schaefer and his staff to everyone. They are very through and knowledgeable. They can take care of all your dental needs.
