My wife has been a patient here for years. Nearly every time she gets a prescription, it takes many days to get these processed often requiring us to call his office and remind them. Referrals are even worse, sometimes taking weeks just make the request. Terrible way to treat people in need of medical help. She's done going here. Lots of other choices.
Vey bad Staff, they talk rude on the phone to you, not professional at all, it's too bad because we like him. No Urgency on medication refills and it's the med techs that fax prescriptions over and they wait til 5pm to sit and do nothing to get you meds to you and still have to wat days for them!!!i
I’ve been seeing dr Lynch for almost 20 years, I find him to be cold,uncaring, and unfeeling of my needs emotional or otherwise. He never seemed to take the time to listen or care about me as a patient. I began seeing Stacie only for a couple of years now. She’s always been very nice and seemed to listen and care about me as a patient. The staff has always been and are very nice. Very helpful and accommodating.
Normally I don't take the time out of my day to write anything negative, but I feel it is necessary when it comes to this office. I always appreciated Dr. Stacy, she was very kind and straight forward the few times I was seen by her. I've always felt like Dr. Lynch saw me as another number. He never cared to ask how I was truly doing or get into detail about how my day to day life and how my mental and physical health actually was. Instead got me in and out of his office rather quickly leaving me feeling even worse than when I showed up. If you're looking for close personal care from a doctor who actually cares about you and your well being then don't go here.
Edit: Lynch is my Dads primary care physician and he seems to be a competent doctor and shows concern and care for the well being of my dad. My dad has multiple complex health issues and Dr lynch & his staff have really stepped up their work and that has been helpful. This practice has showed a great deal of improvement since my original review. Thank you guys!
Dr. Lynch is a great doctor! He is a right to the point doctor, love that. People have to be their own advocate understand your insurance before you go, that's patient responsibility, not dr.s office. STAFF has always been quick and efficient, being busy is different then being rude. Love this doctor! Wendi dallas
Dr. Lynch is awesome and honestly I have never had any problems with the staff I would say I enjoy seeing him however I prefer not to see him :- I’m not a big fan of hospitals or doctors offices I’m the type of person that prefers a good bill of health however they do make it a little more pleasant. Keep up the good work
Rude staff! My insurance switched me over to this office and they told me they were taking no patients and hung up on me! They made my already bad day worse. Thanks!
The staff are rude. They have no concern for patient care. Here's my recent experience: My private insurance does not have an upfront copay. I receive a bill later as to what my copay was. Apparently I was charged and missed the bill in the snail mail. A few months later as I tried to refill a prescription, and after several attempts by the pharmacy to have a life sustaining medication filled, I attempt to contact the office myself and learn that I must be seen by the doctor before my prescription can be refilled. Then told that I can not even get an appointment until I come to their office and pay my bill. Why can't I pay it at my appointment?? Makes no sense to me. I'm willing to pay, but have no time to drive to the next town to pay before I can even be seen. Your customer service and quality of care is horrible. I do not recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Lynch is an excellent physician and Stacy Liebelt is an excellent Nurse Practiioner. He applies common sense to extremely colplicated issues. Most people have many things going on with their body and with aging. To keep it all straight and make sure people lead the most fulfilling lives seems to be his goal. On very few occasions have I met a practitioner so knowledgeable about pharmacology. How meds work with each other and dosage is an art, and this is where dr Lynch and Stacy do very well.
