Jenna is a wonderful nurse practitioner. Very laid-back. Very good listener! And she's the one that found my meningioma tumor in my head. I will sincerely will miss her now that I have joined Kaiser.

Been going here since I was a child, when it was a prefabricated building in a small parking lot. I’ve seen many different providers throughout the years. Jenna is by far the best. I have health anxiety and I appreciate how she’ll always run blood work, ultrasounds or X-rays to reassure me if I’m worried about something. She does a good job of making you feel comfortable and actively listens, doesn’t rush. If you decided to come here definitely ask for Jenna.

The ONLY good Dr here is Jenna Vasquez... Belinda is AWFUL so avoid her at ALL COSTS, She used to be my husbands Dr until we switched to Jenna! And Jenna actually cares about her patients and doesn't make you feel rushed or like she's not hearing you. Very professional and caring. The MAs, theyre hot & miss sometimes I have the sweetest MA and others not so much...

Every time my boyfriend goes there for something they do nothing to help. He went there because he has been having pressure in his ear and they did nothing they just said to avoid baths and avoid water from getting in there. He then went to urgent care and they said his eardrum has been perforated and were shocked that they said nothing about it. This place is trash.

Extremely poor service, never have I met more rude people especially in a medical clinic. Don't answer calls, even hang up calls. I am an IHSS worker and they refuse to send my recipient's antibiotic prescription to CVS, which she really needs for her infection, and even gave us attitude when we called and asked about it. Telling us "we need to wait." I was shocked, I cannot fathom how this clinic is still operating with such horrible workers. Do not waste your time here, it's not worth it.

Belinda Aleman- One of THE most unprofessionals I've seen. Refusing to speak to patients and having receptionists be rude and dodgy. circumstances are hard enough and this poor excuse of a medical professional just made it so much harder. There's multiple other reviews about her. It isn't just me.

I hesitated coming here because of the bad reviews. I only went here because I was looking for an urgent care to check my eyes after waking up with an infection on a day I was scheduled to babysit my five month old granddaughter. They are not an urgent care clinic but they were able to get me in quickly and accepted my insurance. I feel they were very thorough. I was happy with my appointment. I felt they very thoroughly checked my medical history and I could be for the most part honest. Of course this was only the first visit but it is crucial for the first visit to feel safe for someone to come back. I have a different doctor I really like but it is hard to get appointments sometimes. I am seriously considering the possibility of moving here as a primary doctor. Will do a few more visits to make sure.

Been going to this clinic for 8 years now. See someone different everytime, never have I seen the Doctor my insurance card says. Most staff is nice. Belinda Aleman, which most other people have commented on, is so ignorant. She doesn't care about patients. You tell her what your experiencing and it's like it goes in one ear and out the other. I think her and all the rude nurses need to be fired or put into a cubicle where they dont interact with patients. If it weren't for patients you all would be unemployed. Remember that...

I loved coming here because of my doctor Jennifer, but after this experience we had today with my son. We will NEVER BE COMING HERE. These wannabe know-it-all nurses, are crap. My son didn't make an appointment to be judged and criticized. I am sure it's illegal to be messing with people's self esteem. No I don't recommend the clinic here. Unless you want to kill some time, we had our appointment at 9:30am and time flew by. My husband complained at 11:00am. So that we can be judged and criticized. No thank you.

Horrible, horrible, horrible place!! Took my mom in to have her high blood pressure medication refilled after just having surgery for something completely unrelated to her heart, and the "doctor" proceeded to not only yell at her, but to make her feel bad about not seeing a heart doctor prior to coming in to see her. I undertand that there are procedures one must follow but letting us know over the phone about getting a prescription from the heart doctor would've saved us the money we paid in the consultation. They basically took our money so that the wanna be doctor could yell at us and give us zero prescription. I understand that tweakers probably go in to medical facilities such as these to try to get pills but ours was obviously not the case. My mother had just had surgery and was in a lot of pain. The whole experience was horrible. Starting with the "bilingual" receptionist who was nothing but bitchy to us the entire time. She even threw the clipboard and my mom's insurance card at me for no reason whatsoever. Their attitude and behaviour toward the clients/patients was by far the worst part about our experience there. Do yourself a favor and go to another clinic where you will be treated like a human.
