Dr. Ali is unequivocally the best cardiac and vascular doctor in the region! He literally saved my life along with my significant other. My experience with him was after suffering an acute myocardial infarction heart attack at work. I passed out and awoke in the emergency room. Dr. Ali immediately went to work and cleared my blockage with minimum damage. Additionally, my significant other also suffered a similar experience. And again, Dr. Ali was there to properly diagnose and clear the blockage. Amazing as the emergency room docs misdiagnosed the symptoms. But based upon Dr. Ali's 29 year history, he was immediately able to pinpoint and rectify the issue. His bedside manner is amazing particularly for a Cardiologist, as most of them have God-like syndromes. I don't normally expand on reviews with such personal detail, but I must state that Dr. Ali is the most humble, knowledgeable, and personable doctor I've ever met. And yes, I have seen more than one Cardiologist in the metroplex. However, I will never see another one again after working with Dr. Ali! I trust this man with my life and so does my significant other. We are both eternally grateful for him!
This cardiologist was assigned to do my heart catherization at City Hospital White Rock. His lab was shabby and his crew of helpers looped shady and were really rude. When the helpers were finishing up I said it hurts. He said, “it hurts?” Went i responded yes he said:”good.” I had already been told I had a heart attack, and was in clot busting drugs for days before the catherization. My numbers already looked good before I had the procedure. Dr Ali didn’t find a problem. No clot, nothing. So the drugs did their job. But, he said my numbers had been high from anxiety. There is no way he could no that, and I don’t think he would have said it if I had been a man. I had an office visit with him where he put a heart monitor on. There was apparently one incident of tachycardia and he put me on digitalis. There are so many safer options than digitalis that most doctors don’t prescribe it.. so now if I have chest pain I had a previous heart attack before the hospitalization described I can just blow it off and think it’s anxiety. Then I may die. Absolutely do not recommend this doctor.
Dr Ali. Was great in the emergency room visit. When he did my surgery and sold himself as the best. BUT once at his office he spent the minimum time talking to me. Didn’t answer my question and left me with no resolution at all. 1. Time in the office he changed my medicine and said they would call it in and never did. 2. Time in office I spoke with him a total of maybe 5 minutes in 2 separate occasions because he had to do an echo on another patient came back and said he had to go to the hospital. Said he would call me later that day and until this day I have not received a call. Just very unprofessional. Yes he knows his stuff in the ER room but office is very terrible
Dr. Ali is the most wonderful vascular and cardiac doctor. He cares so much for his patients and their families. He is extremely skilled in his fields. I have seen other doctors who wanted to work with him to learn. I trust this man who saved my husband's life and I am eternally grateful. If you need a vascular and/ot cardiac specialist, go see Dr. Ali!
His staff is amazing, but the Doctor himself spends very little time with the patients and is quite obnoxious. He also refused to do the test that I was referred to him for and that both my neuro-opthamologist and the ER Dr who referred me said I desperately needed to get a concrete diagnosis for what they both think I have. He claims at 32 I'm too young and got mad at me for asking a second time and told me to find a new doctor.
Dr ali saved my life! He is an amazing doctor! He has a team he is the only doctor I've ever been able to trust. I would not be here today if ot weren't for him and his angels! Thank you gor all you do for so many!
Amazing doctor! So attentive to his patients and caring. Explains and listens. Many doctors talk, he explains, and listens. Hugs and shakes hands. Will go out of his way to make sure no uncertainties are left in effort to comfort to his patients. He is my cardiologist and my husband’s.
