I love DR. Jessica, and there was someone assisting her I will assume a nurse she was also very pleasant. I would love to have my appointments with Dr. Jessica from now on she is the only doctor that made me feel so comfortable and made me feel that she really understands how I feel she is so awesome. I've always been a bit uncomfortable with doctors. She was the very first to make me feel so comfortable with her knowledge and understanding how my body felt. I have never ran into anyone that was unpleasant at Dr. Mike's walk-in clinic. However, Jessica is the one. Tell her I said thank you.
This place is a joke I called at 10:00 a.m. because my son has a cough and they told me to call back at 12:00 to video chat the doctor. Call back at 12:00, had them send me all the paperwork, filled out the paperwork and let them know everything was done on my end. At 1:20 I received a phone call stating they had not received my paperwork. The receptionist reset the system and found it. Told me in about 40 minutes I would get a phone call because video chats were very busy at the moment. At 2:15 I received another phone call asking if I wanted to video chat or a phone call from the doctor. I told the girl that didn't matter. At 2:19 I received a text message for Zoom chat which I signed into. There is a message saying the doctor was on another phone call so I waited. Once the video connected I waited for the doctor. An hour later I called the office asking what was going on. They said there was one person ahead of me so I kept waiting. An hour later I called the office seven times which nobody answered the phone. I waited a few minutes called back the receptionist answered I asked her what was going on and that I had been on hold for over 2 hours. Her response was the doctor helps walk-ins before he helps video chats. I told her this is ridiculous I started calling you guys at 12:00 and she said well there's nothing I can do. She stated that I was next and the doctor would get my chart and connect to the zoom meeting. 20 minutes later the doctor finally got on the zoo meeting. I had to repeat myself three and four times of the same information about my son. The good thing is my son will be getting medication for his cough but 4 hours of wait time to get it is ridiculous
I've been to this clinic multiple times, for different reasons and with my children. They are always fast even when it seems to be packed. I've had antibiotics prescribed when needed. Staff was also quick in the front office and easy paperwork to check in. Personally with my experiences and a few years of going here, with different staff on duty, I would never question going in, when needed.
I went there for a drug screening time sensitive only to be told the person that does the drug testing “left”. No explanations. Just “she left”. There were at least 7 women behind the window chatting it up yet it took them about 15 minutes to check in the one woman in front of me. The woman that asked what I needed was rude and dismissive. I did not get the name. I was too annoyed by her attitude to ask. I called the day before for information and was told that as long as I arrived before 3:15 I would be tested. I arrived at 12:30. So…you only have one person that can provide drug screening services? And, “she” just makes up her own schedule daily? That’s weird. I did contact the company, that’s probably paying a fee for this clinics services, that the only person available to provide said service “left”. Do better.
The wait wasn't too long, about 30-minutes. The Dr was nice. The only complaint I have is I took my daughter, who has a bad ear infection, to the Dr to get antibiotics. He confirmed the infection, and said he would send a prescription to the pharmacy "Right now." He didn't. That was Saturday. It's now Monday. She sees her regular pediatrician tomorrow, and she'll have sent the prescription to the pharmacy before we leave the parking lot, because she's a good Dr.
Extremely unprofessional. All staff is too relaxed, one of them wears Crocs with no socks and it's just dirty. Dusty for days, all staff has attitudes and talk about patients in the open. Could hear some of them talking outside of the door as I sat there waiting for my doctor. Very uncoordinated, came if for just simple blood results, waiting almost for 3 hours now. The place makes you uncomfortable, the staff don't make you feel comfortable and they judge you. Everyone needs to go and they all need new staff
The waiting time to be seen is a little long, but once your seen the NP or Dr really take time to exam you, and speck with you to make sure that you are understanding. Which for me makes me feel that i am receiving the proper medical care. Thanks to the staff at Mr. Mike's I feel good.
The nurse and doctor that saw me were very nice. Even the reception lady was very sweet. Was a 2 hour wait, but i honestly didn’t mind because it IS a walk-in clinic. Great experience overall! Thank you guys.
Worst experience I've ever had. My S/O and I showed up at 12 to get drug tested, and they told us to come back at 1:30, after the lady who does the drug tests comes back from lunch. We arrived before 1:30 only for them to tell us that she had just went on lunch, and because we thought this wouldn't take long I brought my S/O, but they kicked her out since they only wanted the one being seen inside. I would have no problem with this if they didn't make us wait for so long. On top of that, one of the women at the front desk said that if I leave again, she would fail my drug test screening! I only left to my car because they said that lady was on her lunch, twice. I didn't get seen until 2:30, and there were very few people.
I had a 3 hour wait which is understandable for a walk in clinic however each person who touched my chart asked me why I was there, and then performed the same test each time. After I was done, I got a call to come back and wait another 3 hours because they forgot to check something. Appointments can't be made and the staff treats you like garbage. Would not recommend.
