My father has been having some health issues lately and the front staff is absolutely wonderful with him and making appointments . Each and every one of the girls are organized and caring about their job . The doctor is just a gem he truly cares about his patients and their well being . Overall a wonderful office
Update: I decided to go back to this place because I really like the Doctor but I can’t take the rudeness of his staff, Olga the manager can’t be more rude and impolite interacting with patients especially over the phone. I won’t be going back to him unfortunately. If you don’t want to deal with an unprofessional staff that come across very unhappy with the job they do, you need to go somewhere else. The Doctor is great though, kind and knowledgeable!!! Original post: The service at this practice can come across very disrespectful. The first time I tried to call the office the lady that answered the phone call didn’t finish telling me that she was going to put me on hold when she did it and kept me waiting there until I hanged up the phone. I decided to call back again asking for a bill that I keep receiving after giving them a credit card number over the phone to take the payment more than a month ago. The person that was handling my phone call who I believe might be the same person that answered my previous call said that she had a doctor on the other line in the middle of our conversation and hanged up the phone without even finishing her sentence. I can’t believe that a practice treat customers in such a disrespectful matter clearly telling me that a doctor phone call is more important that a patient phone call. Honestly since I went there for my visit I found the staff very rude. I witness how they can speak to patients sometimes in not a pleasant manner. The doctor on the other hand is knowledgeable and very nice but probably he needs to address his staff behaviors.
He is an amazing physician. He genuinely cares about people. I have high blood pressure and had a gap in my insurance. He took me as a patient and helped now my blood pressure is good. His staff is amazing.
I have been a patient of Dr Moukdad since 1998 and he is one of the very few physicians I trust! He has literally saved my life not once but twice! He is compassionate, professional and always reassuring! Yes, you have to wait but for good reason....he listens to his patients! His staff is A-MAZING especially Kathy!
I have been seeing Dr. Moukdad for roughly around 18 years now, the relationship he has with his clients is amazing and the staff is always available to assist you and they always go above and beyond. I can not imagine being treated by another doctor. Dr. Moukdad is well educated and knows what he is doing!

Dr Moukdad is awesome he’s been taking care of myself as well as my mom and Family members I recommend highly his medical expertise and his care as well He is by far one of the few physicians who always responds to your medical issues with upmost care. Highly recommend him
Dr Moukdad is my hero I met him 25 years ago when he was in the clinic building on Rt 3 I woke up one morning feeling lifeless and sick I arrived there he took me right in told my husband I needed to go to the hospital immediately I was very sick he couldn’t even get a pulse I went to the hospital couldn’t even speak but could hear the nurse say to my husband should I call a priest they didn’t even know what to do for me Dr Moukdad came right over started giving orders I spent 9 days in the hospital under his care and here I am today to tell my story
This man is whatever physician should arrive to be. He is patient. He is intelligent.he genuinely wants to help people. Amazing guy.
Awesome doctor, friendly staff. Available whenever I needed him. Listens to all my concerns. Office is always clean.
