This place doesn’t even deserve one star! they are the worst!!! just to get lab results or to be seen they make it super hard !! i’ve been waiting for lab results for like three weeks!! i call them and they just don’t get back to me or half of the time they don’t answer !!!! they never have appointments !!! i swear this place is trash please don’t come here !!! they don’t care for their patients!!! this is the worst experience i have ever had!!!!
I'm so happy with Dr. Nwagwu services. She is always so attentive and gives us great information when it comes to our baby. The wait is a bit long, but so worth it because she really takes her time with her patients. I've had horrible experience at other pediatricians, but I'm really glad I found this one!
Very long wait period, I went in to have my sons shots given to him and it was over an hour before the doctor came in, and there were no other patients to be heard. But the doctors is very kind and great with with my son.
I don't understand why there are so many bad review, yes you wait but its a doctors office not a fast food place. Every time we have gone we are greeted nicely, and once in the room we don't wait much. The doctor is always nice and listens which not much do. I like her and don't plan on changing my sons doctor anytime soon.
I have been taking my children to Dr Odochi for several years they love her! She always provides us with the perfect amount of feedback. We never leave her office uncertain about anything. Odochi is a great doctor all around. Sure the wait time can be improved. But great customer service is why i continue to keep her as my childrens doctor. Keep up the good work staff and Doc!
Every time I come to my child's appointment, I always have to wait over 2 hours, and his last appointment, his father took him to get his shots. The nurse just gave my baby shots without explaining what shot she was giving to him nor did she explain what does each shot do. I only wanted to give him certain ones that he needed to go to school. After today, I am going to start looking for different pediatricians for my son. Also, whenever I call with a concern for my baby, either they don't answer or the doctor doesn't get back to me to answer my questions.
The wait for this doctor to see me child is to long ! Why does is take 2-3 hours ? There is no reason, I’m absolutely changing my baby’s pediatrician, guys make sure you to check out all the reviews on this doctor she no good !
The office and staff keep getting worse! They make changes without notifying the parents such as closing down the office you are supposed to have your appointment at or being closed for phone calls all day when you were told to call back to check the status of your child's referral! When you finally do get ahold of someone they are rude or place you on hold forever. When you are there for an appointment people who have appointments after you get called back first and after two hours of waiting in the room with a fussy child you have to remind the nurses you are there just to finally get seen. They are always closed when they are supposed to be open. Such terrible customer service and experience. Don't waste your time coming here.
Dr. Nwagwu is a wonderful, caring person. Although her office is usually busy, her staff handles it professionally - and they make the kids feel like part of the family. I would certainly recommend Dr. Nwagwu as an excellent pediatrician!
Horrible office. I made it to my appointment early like i do with all my appointments and i waited 2 hours for the doctor to see my daughter but they ended up making wait another hour in the patent room so we just walked out. I have never had to wait that long to see a doctor.
