This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Stay far away from this place unless you want your child or yourself being medicated and then being harassed for money and if you don’t pay you can’t see the doctor for a refill. Violating many rights at this facility, it’s disgusting the type of practice this place performs. The front desk staff are very rude Elizabeth and Peggy one of the managers and do not listen to anything you say unless it involves a payment. They will abandon your child or yourself with no remorse for withdrawals from medication. Dr Thapar has had several disturbing reviews against him threatening clients and abusing them. Only creditable doctor in there is Dr Kayla Kimes which I feel bad she has to work with such disturbing people. She gets 5 stars, the rest of the staff and office get 0 stars.
UPDATE: I immediately got a call from Dr. Thapar and we discussed my paperwork. I am happy about the responsiveness and caring he has to understand a patient’s perspective. Review from 3 stars to 5. I am giving Dr. Nitin Thapar 5 stars. However, office services are horrible at returning paperwork. Ive been calling for a week and a half requesting a provider to fill out and return an ADA accommodation form by a specific date. My company said they could deny my request if I don’t return it by the due date. After a week and a half someone told me that the paperwork is pending and takes 7-10 business days to return way past the due date. I spoke to a woman who said she would email me a note stating officially that it takes 7-10 days so I can forward it to my company to prove it’s out of my hands. No one ever sent the email. Now I’m back calling every day just to get the confirmation email. As I said, my medical care has been spot on. But the office needs to be responsive to patient’s requests.
Dr Thapar senior is professional and takes the time to hear my troubles. phone-staff is helpful when I call and need a message to the dr or nurse practitioners. Never waited more then a hour to hear back from someone at the office. In office Dr visit wait times usually aren’t longer then 15-20 minutes.
Dr Thapar has been my psychologist for nearly 15 years. I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience. Dr is always honest and professional.
I almost canceled my appointment due to reading the reviews about this doctor. I am so happy I didn’t cancel. I can tell from the moment I walked in that he was going to be amazing. The office staff was extremely nice as well as the doctor. Like I said it was my first appointment. I’ll follow up as time goes on. I’m just so happy to find a good Dr with a great staff. I never felt rushed & I never felt like the doctor wasn’t listening. Sometimes I think people just write negative reviews because they can get away with it behind a computer. UPDATE: After about 5 visits… One of the most attentive & professional staff I’ve ever witnessed. Dr. Pradeep is extremely kind. I’ve never waited 10min to see the Doctor. No problem with prescriptions. I HIGHLY recommend.
My late husband was one of Dr. Thapar's 1st patients. He was able to see the doctor,or 1 of his associates, off & on, for over 25 yrs maybe longer. My husband remained confident in the people & the services provided.
Did a video chat and explained personal things. I also made it clear I do not want to take medication. I was instructed to fill out a form and email it back then in 2 weeks we could discuss. I emailed the form the same day and the staff didn't forward it until the DAY OF my appointment. In my 2nd appointment all he tried to do was to get me to take medication after making it clear multiple times I do not want to. Basically I was put in a position where it felt like either I'm medicated or I get no help. Whether or not it was intentional, this place feels unprofessional and there are little to no boundaries established. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Edit: I was called by some lady 2 days later and she attempted to discuss my review. I told her I'd rather not and she proceeded to tell me my claims in my review were wrong. To the clown who replied. Why discuss medications after I made it clear I didn't want to? This place is dark. Find a new therapist people.
Been a patient of Dr Thapar for over 10 years. Some appointments are short and some are long but that only depends on what’s going on with myself. He does genuinely care for my well being and mental health.
10 years, over 120 appts: Dr. Thapar is kind, patient, and an overall good doctor. The office staff is not so great. There are 3 office staff members that are amazing but the rest are really mean, rude, and nasty. Staff give various answers and stress different rules. I hate having to call that office! Especially the office manager, she yells, not only on the phone but in the office too. It's embarrassing and outrageous.
I’m a new patient with Dr.Pradeep.35 Female. Let me just start by saying. His office staff was amazing. They were very helpful, from the 1st phone call to me walking out the door. I wasn’t sure what to expect or even how to go about addressing my problem. Let me just say Dr. Pradeep, personally greeted me in the waiting room. I found that very professional; and felt like I was in the right hands. *Instead of being lead in to a room and playing the waiting game. While in his office Dr. spoke to me on a “me” kinda level. He took interest as to what I wanted to talk to him about. His bedside manner was on point. He was very open and explained everything very clearly.I never felt rushed or intimidated like I have in the past with other Drs. Dr. Pradeep is very professional, educated, and extremely easy to work with. I can’t explain enough how happy I am, that I found a Dr. willing and able to help me. I will be 100% recommending him to family and friends.
