I’m changing my stars due to Dr. Solis was great in the beginning then after several visits…first few with his PA which she was amazing. She actually listened to me and my issues after seeing many Pulmonologist she worked with me and we started to see improvement then when I returned to Dr. Solis…well he wasn’t very helpful and his disposition was very very aggressive and really wasn’t actually listening to my current concerns about my lungs. So he decided to tell me stop all breathing medications which was not a good thing I did because I almost ended up on machines for breathing. Thank God I’m a Respiratory Therapist and kicked my knowledge in and saved myself. I’m still currently working on finding a Pulmonologist that will actually make sense and not put me into Respiratory failure!!! The office was great no issues at all with them besides the waiting area being extremely hot not good for patients with severe lung issues. I haven’t improved since, I’m actually worse off now since stopping everything as told by Solis, but I’m hopeful I will find a great Pulmonologist to actually help me get to the root of my breathing issues. I loved his PA and wish I could just follow up with her BECAUSE I showed improvement with her expertise until Dr Solis changed everything up on me!! Feeling helpless
1st visit June 2018. Dr Solis has excellent comprehension of lung diseases, especially asthma. Office is freshly decorated and immaculately clean. August 2018. Dr Solis has taken ample time on our appointments and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained what I need to know. He is the chief of pulmonology at St Joseph's in Paterson. Highly recommended, and coming from me, that's saying something. Google navigation is faulty. It sent me across Rt 46 three times. Check your route in advance.
Dr. Solis is treating my 89 year old mother for pulmonary issues. He is outstanding and am so grateful that Dr. Mao referred me to him. He takes the time to explain everything, has a great sense of humor, and is just a wonderful human being. i am very grateful that he is treating my mother. I highly recommend him. I have been seeing Dr. Solis since 2015. This man is friendly, professional and takes the time to talk to you and answer questions. I strongly urge anyone to see him as their doctor, he has me sleeping like a baby now with the CPAP. It took a little time to get used to the small nose piece but now I can’t sleep without it and I feel so refreshed when I wake up, finally. I will miss him and his staff as I am moving to Las Vegas to get away from that cold weather.
Had an appointment for my first visit on Monday, arrived at the office early, only to find out doctor was not there due to him having a medical issue. Totally acceptable and understood. Filled out all paperwork for whenever rescheduled appointment was. Was told I may not receive a call back next day, Tuesday, but would on Wednesday. Guess what, today is Thursday and I still have NOT received a call back.
Dr. Solis is the Best. He takes time to listen and never rushes me. His staff are very friendly and helpful. His bed side manner is very soothing and comforting. I highly recommend.
I went to the doctor office they were not busy and they left me in the room for 20minutes and then the doctor show up after when we finish he told me you have so much perfume and we have somebody inside the office they are allergic to perfume and I have nothing to say unbelievable
Was delayed because of an accident traffic tie up not of my doing . Wasn't very flexible with rescheduling in fact they told me they had no appointments until mid September when they wanted me to come in Thursday 72 hours ago.
Dr Solis was extremely helpful to me and expedited my recovery
