Dr. Susan Rae

I have to say she is a good doctor, who listens to all concerns. But the BIGGEST problem is the lengthy wait to see her. You literally have to wait at least 2 to 3 hrs after your scheduled appt. time. Office staffs are so unprofessional!! They really don't know the meaning of quality of care or patient care. I had no choice but to change my pmd. I would not recommend anyone to this office.

Had appointment set for 2:45, get a call a few days earlier that the doctor needs to leave early and I have to come at 2, what kind of doctor is this that is constantly not there, takes 2-3 hours to see her. Would not recommend

I can't even rate this doctor one star but i had to in order to post! I had an appointment at 10:45am today for the first time and didn't see the doctor until 12pm. I went during my lunch period which is an hour and wasted my time because all she did was the same thing any doctor would do. Which is ask what's wrong after talking to me for 10 minutes she sent my medicine to my local pharmacist.

to be honest she is one of the best doctors that i visited, she is very listens to you and spends time with you unlike many of the other doctors i saw, i do recommend her, even the nurse that was there was good

Very bad team and they lay, I called to ask if they have a flu test, they said yes. and after i saw the doctor and I got charged for a visit they told me they don’t have it and send me to another place to take it. They are just looking at money and they see you as money walking to them. Lady was rude in the phone and didn’t want to hear from me to let her know what I have been told before i got charged.

Wait time can be from 2-4 hours! You need a day off from work just to see the MD for a minute. She is always in a rush so the waiting is pointless

This doctor doesn’t even deserve a one star, I was at the er and was asked to make an appointment with my doctor asap, but no not this doctor every time I try to book an appointment she’s either not available or going on vacation, and when I do get an appointment they call me to reschedule or I’m there for hours, and at that she’s only open 3 to 4 days a week ... never again.
