The worst doctor’s office I’ve been to by far. The receptionist is not friendly or helpful at all. The doctor isn’t very personal either. If you’re a first time mom do not go here. You’ll be completely lost about what to expect with your new bundle of joy. They have no sense or urgency there or even concern or care for the patients. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have been going to Dr Patterson for several years, his office staff is professional and caring. Dr Patterson takes time to listen which is so important during pregnancy. He does not make you feel foolish if you ask the same question and makes sure that you are ready to have your baby. I delivered at St. Francis-Bartlett and cannot say how lucky I was. Will keep going to them both!!!!
Came in complaining about painful periods. Can't get the meds because they are on back order now I don't understand why I have to make an appointment and the meds were just called in a few weeks ago .They young lady at the front desk didn't even check with the doctor or nurse before saying its nothing they can do. That's very unacceptable but I bet I'll get a bill but I can't get help with my chief complaint let along my test results from when I had my ultrasound
Dr.Patterson is one of the best OB/Gyn I've ever encountered being a retired nurse. My granddaughter was a patient and received the best care possible,Dr.Patterson delivered 2 of my great -grandchildren and I am grateful for his excellent professional care.
The 2 receptionists needs to get a grip and not get attitudes with people. And y’all need to talk louder and clearer. Can’t nobody hear y’all talking low and slurring your words. If you don’t like associating with people then get another job. Simple as that
Just got released at 36 weeks because the doctor claims I was trying to kick him when he was trying to check my cervix with no warning now i have to find a doctor at the end of my pregnancy
I love Dr. J. Patterson and Toni the receptionist every time you go they have a pleasant attitude and are personable. You are in and out no long wait...
