Dr. Ryan Siwiec is an orthopedic surgeon with additional fellowship training in Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Medicine. He treats complex injuries of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle. He sees patients out of his office at the Center for Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Auburn Hills, MI.
Dr. Siwiec graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University McLaren Oakland, where he served as chief resident.
He is fellowship trained in arthroscopy and sports medicine from the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama where he performed complex arthroscopic and open surgeries including joint replacement.
Dr Siwiec is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at Michigan State University and continues to be involved in medical student and resident education.
