Dr. Abbott is a great physician who gives real life options based on each individual case. She has a sweet and attentive bedside manner and easy to talk to. She answer each question with confidence and is not ego driven. She spends just the right amount of time with each patient. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and she is by far one of the best surgeons i have heard about from my own patients and have luckily been able to experience care from her myself by their own experience's. Her staff is also very attentive, competent and knowledgeable . We all know that bad staff can spoil a great physician’s reputation, people should not have to deal with bad staff to see an awesome doctor. I would definitely recommend her and the Auburn Hill Location to my family and friends.
I was very pleased with my visit to Michigan Surgery Specialists. My wait time was minimal considering I was a new patient. Office staff was pleasant and helpful with using the tablet. Check out also was easy with excellent explanations regarding PT/OT. X-ray Tech was quick with explanation and taking pictures. Dr. Abbott was helpful, explained my x-rays and discussed throughly what my treatment options were. All in all Very GOOD experience.
The wait took a while but the receptionist was definitely one of the best I’ve ever come across. As busy as she was she took the time to go thru every order the Dr had given me to make sure I understood. Dr Abbott was very thorough and she explained everything , she showed me the X-rays told me everything that she was going to do. She was very personable. I will definitely go back to see her again.
My experience so far has been great! I was not expecting having a procedure on my first visit, but was thrilled to get a cortisone shot in my hip under an ultrasound. Kayla is so good that there was no pain.
Years ago I have a carpal tunnel in both hands, and Dr Mehta take care since there everything related with my hands and elbows, because the type of work thst I do, affected my tendons all the time, so I come back for the treatment. His personal are very nice and helpful especially Maria at front desk. Thank you to all.
Dr. Mehta and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient. I left in much better shape than when I arrived and had a plan forward!
I saw Dr. Abbott today for an injury to my fingers. She and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with information. Different courses of action were discussed without pressure. I am very satisfied with my visit and highly recommend Dr. Abbott.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Never felt rushed. Dr. Abbott and her staff were very concerned and caring. Listened and answered any questions we had.
Appointment was fairly prompt and the doctor was polite yet tended to business. Both are qualities I look for in a doctor.
From the diagnose to the surgery, it was done in a friendly, professional manner. From Dr Rook to the supporting staff, it was a joy to come in for this difficult procedure.
