This is to the nurses, specially Esmer, who was rude today, and think she can get away with it, the doctors and people who go should know they do what ever they want, instead of filling the meds she said no, so no I do not recommend this place, look around for a better service.
If you have time to waste, then this is the place to do it. My last appointment was at 9am, was taken to the last patient room, then switched to one two doors down from the first one. PA finally came to see me at 11am, consulted about 10 minutes. I needed to get a referral, so I was taken to the person who schedules referrals. She is the most rude, incompetent employee there. Three weeks later still don't have a referral. Needless to say I will not be returning to this office.
I was surprised with how easy it was to be seen as a walk in, the Dr. saw me for the consultation and prescribed me medicines right away pleasant experience
I've always loved the service. He has been the family doctor for over 23 yrs.
Amazing staff that makes my family and I feel welcome and cared for. A personalized experience every time we go for an appointment. They know us all by name and the interactions feel genuine and sincere. My kids doctor is Dr. Martinez and I couldn't ask for a better doctor for them.
Very poor service and treatment of patients. Very low standard level of care by the people at the front desk. Curious to know if the doctor who owns this office is aware as to how low the quality of patient care is. Never respect appointments, and always takes forever to check patients in.
My family has been given serveral orders and the office takes a long time to fulfill the requirements even after multiple calls. I asked to speak to office manager thinking she would help. She hardly allowed me to speak, and gave me so many reasons why the medical assistants are not at fault. When my mom next saw the doctor, he told her it's ok to let them know but not be rude. I take it he meant to imply I was rude although I was not even given the chance and what's worse is the manager is his wife. I do not think this is the best customer service they can provide.
I have been with Dr. Garcia since he started his medical. He's is the best however its so unfortunate with new stuff is a bit unprofessional. But all good people and friendly.
Amazing doctors & staff! Never have had an issue been going there for almost 20 years+ I have been there as a child, my pregancy and my newborn baby.. and I have dealt with 3 different doctors in that one single office all very attentive and they address all concerns! Esmer staff is great and very nice.
We go get lab work in order to get our medicines refills but in a control drug Dr Garcia is the ONLY one that can approve it. Why doesn't he get his nurse to make a list of all patient s that need these control medicines. When his out of office he should leave authorization prescriptions with his PA 's to fill control medicines. Or Dr Garcia answer the damn cell phone calls and attend to your patients.
