I just moved back to the area and was looking for a new PCP. So, I called up asking for a yearly check-up with Dr Singh and to have him be my new PCP. The first office visit here is NOT a yearly check-up though, and will NOT be covered by your insurance company, and so they ask you to pay $100 just to say "Hi" to Dr Singh and schedule a real check-up. I called up to dispute this and the lady on the phone I believe Mrs Singh, but I could have misheard the name was extremely rude towards me, and basically told me to just pay the money and never come back. Don't worry, I won't ever be back here again. What a waste of money, stay far away from this doctor
My grandparents are both well over the age of 80 years old. They have many appointments with different doctors and specialists in the area. Neither of them drive so I transport them to and from their appointments. Every other medical practice I’ve visited, and there are quite a few of them, is organized and prompt in their service. Dr. Singh is their PCP, only for fact that his office is conveniently located close to their house. I am perplexed as to how Dr. Singh is in practice. His office and examinations rooms are shoddy and outdated. He uses his smartphone as a reference to look up medical records, as there is no computer in the examination room. We regularly spend over an hour in the waiting area after the scheduled appointment time to even be called back in. This is a fly by night medical practice. Dr. Singh’s practice is the medical equivalent to cheap, dirty franchised motel property. In an area rich and renowned for world class health care, choose literally any other Doctor for yourself.
My experience is more like he is the old time doctor. He knows you by name, he spends time with you and listens. Now he is retiring and I wish him the best.
Thanks for being a great boss and wonderful teacher.
