1-27-23, Dr. Schwartz came out to scold a lobby full of patients & children. This doctor only cares about celebrity clients, no one else. She has a major attitude problem. That is not acceptable in any profession. DR SCHWARTZ, made all the patients wait more than two hours over their scheduled appt time. Which is not uncommon. On top of all this, the front office staff can't answer a phone call. And Dr. Schwartz, charges her patients to drop off paperwork, which the doctor requested. To add to this, her phone always goes to voice mail and is always full. This is too much hassle for anyone to deal with.

Dr Schwartz treated me incredibly well. I will admit and agree with the other reviews that say you get seen well after your appt time. That being, it’s because she closes the door and listens to everything that every patient has to say. She’s direct and honest, which could be perceived as brash. She truly cares about each patient and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d rather be seen by a doc that listens and cares than one that sees patients like an assembly line.

An absolute waste of my time. Dr. Schwartz is incredibly rude and does not run her business very well. I was referred to Dr. Schwartz by a friend of mine who mentioned she was the best ENT in Nevada and treated celebrities. I spoke with the a friendly female receptionist or member of her staff. Later that morning a different staff member called and informed me there was a cancellation that same morning, and they could see me within the next hour. Due to the quick turnaround, I requested alternative dates and times in case I couldn't make it to the office in time. I overheard someone scolding the staff member for checking to see what other days were available and clearly annoyed that I had the audacity to ask the question. Nonetheless, I accepted the appointment and figured someone may have just been having a bad day...only to find out, that was actually Dr. Schwartz. Once I arrived, the same person was at the reception area. I did not realize this was the doctor until about 30 minutes after I was there. She was very condescending to both her patients and her staff. It is a very small waiting room, so you can hear and observe everything.  A few people came in to ask questions while I was waiting, and she was incredibly rude to all of them. So much so, that I was prepared to mention it to the doctor as a negative 1st impression. Once I completed all of the new patient paperwork, I informed the other staff member that I was not able to complete one small section because part of the paper was cut off. The lady walked over as if I were talking to her, took the papers out of his hand, and tossed it at him after telling him those forms are no longer to be used. Afterwards, a medical sales rep came and requested the doctor for a follow up appointment. This is when the rude lady at the desk was introduced as Dr. Schwartz. I was shocked, disgusted, and truly disappointed. Nonentheless, I stayed since she was supposedly the best, and I had been unsuccessfully trying to secure an ENT appointment for the past few weeks. I waited for over an hour and was eventually taken to the waiting room. Of course, the staff did not close the door so I was able to continue observing everything the doctor was doing and saying to everyone. Apparently, she is incredibly short staffed and was doing billing, data entries, and telling everyone else how to do their job. After waiting over an hour, I decided to leave and will never return. I am a professional and previously owned a small business prior to relocating to Las Vegas. So I completely understand being short staffed and/or having to work every aspect of the business. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to do so, and apparently, Dr. Schwarz only knows the latter. I informed the front desk that I was leaving b/c she is incredibly rude to both patients and her staff. She had the nerve to call me and say she was behind because she wasn't feeling well, despite me observing everything that transpired. Beyond disappointing.

horrible service arrived at 11:12 didn’t get seen until 12:48!!!!!! and this isn’t the first time .every time i come it’s over an hour before they see me. she has a patient coming after me and  getting seen in less then 15 min. and is out in less then 30 .. last time they charged me for a face mask, today i man came in who forgot his face mask and  the lady gave him one with no problem. i don’t understand what their issues is  but the worst dr office i’ve ever been to . save you’re money they're money hungry they don’t care about you at all . they’ll do whatever they can to get anything out of you . yeah

Dr. Schwartz is by far the best ENT in this entire city. She listened to my concerns about my daughter when several other ENT's disregarded her issues with airway and tonsils and difficulty breathing through her nose for years. Her exam is very thorough and she takes her time like a true professional and asks all the right questions. Thank you, Dr. Schwartz for your expertise and help - tonsils, adenoids, and turbinates all taken care of thanks to you!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in health care. The office was filthy, dimly lit, and the service from not only the doctor but the staff was asinine. Afterwards, I let them know I did not wat to continue service with them and they sent me a $50.00 bill. Do NOT go here.

I woke up 2 weeks ago, my left hearing was gone.  My initial thought was that I had an ear infection, but decided to wait a few days to see if I’d experience any improvement.  On day 4 of hearing loss, I called Dr. Susan Schwartz in the early afternoon, and to my surprise, the office brought me in for a visit immediately.  Dr. Schwartz diagnosed me with Sudden Hearing Loss Syndrome, ordered audiology test, along with MRI and labs.  The audiologist, Dr. Mount, determined significant left ear sudden hearing loss.  Dr. Schwartz acted quickly and prescribed prednisone.  I was scheduled for a follow up the following week.  In the meantime I had my labs drawn, and at my follow appointment my hearing seemed improved, doctor scheduled another appointment for the following week to review MRI results.  Dr. Schwartz called me in one day prior to my scheduled return visit after she reviewed MRI results same day I had MRI done.  The reason was that she discovered an anomaly on MRI requiring a separate referral.  Today, I followed up and Dr. Mount performed another hearing test; my HEARING IS BACK!  Dr. Schwartz and her team saved my hearing and that is because of a team of real professionals who actually care.  Thank you  and God Bless you all!

Zero  Stars.   went there a few years ago and had to wait 2 hours before    I was called.  This  Doctor  Schwartz could only get away with this in Vegas where this a big shortage of Doctors. All of the negative reviews are true !!    Avoid this office

Dr Schwartz fit me in for an appt when no one would see me for months out. She was very professional and doesn’t beat around the bush. She really knows what she’s doing. I highly reccomend her to anyone needing an ENT doctor.

My wife has been going to Doctor Schwartz for her ENT needs for over 10 years. Each medical need Dr. Schwartz has addressed has been taken care of without fail. Dr. Schwartz has alway been professional, fair and quick and to the point. Exactly the type of Doctor we needed. This instance I took my wife to a Hospital ER, and spent a lot of money for nothing. The ER Doctors were incompetent and didn’t do their job. Luckily we had a pending appointment with Dr. Schwartz for 3 days later. Dr. Schwartz was able to diagnose, treat and fix my wife’s issue. Dr. Schwartz read us the Medical Report from the hospital and it was such a horrible misdiagnosis at the Hospital I was truly shocked. Thank god for great Doctors like Dr. Schwartz. If you have any ENT needs she is worth the time, the wait, the drive and the money. Clark County needs more intelligent Doctors like Dr. Schwartz. Thank you Doc! We appreciate you!
