Ziegler was nice and came at me as an adult who had experience instead of treating me like an idiot, and while I can understand the complaints about reception, she was much more no-nonsense than "rude" or "petty". Treat her like an adult with a dry sense of humor instead of an order kiosk and you'll have a lot better of a time. I stopped seeing Dr Ziegler as after three sessions, the totality of my treatment for severe herniation of three disks was a hot towel, Tenz pads, and run of the mill chiropractic compressions. I don't mean him or his practice ill will, but I can do that myself without an office visit.

Dr. Ziegler aligned me in no time. He has a great personality and is very honest. Some doctors want you to come see them all the time. Dr. Ziegler said his goal was to get me aligned so I don't have to see him. I was very impressed with him.

Dr Ziegler, as well as his staff, treated me with respect and professionalism. The appointment scheduling procedures, reception process, and patient interface is well done and friendly. Dr Ziegler is absolutely a lovable guy and exceptionally gifted in his specialty practice. I trust him completely. Moreover, I am very happy and grateful that the painful issue I was dealing with was accurately diagnosed and successfully treated by this fine Physician. Thank you Dr Ziegler!!

Pregnancy related back and neck pain & dr Ziegler was very good at relieving the pain every two weeks throughout the pregnancy. Highly recommend!
