We are a small counseling office in Ozark, Alabama specializing in a range of disorders including depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD and trauma, addictions, and other mental health issues.
People are body, mind, and spirit. When one is hurting the others hurt and all three will need to be addressed. People are seeking to find peace, wholeness, and to overcome the damaged cause by relationships, traumatic events, or biological disruption. We work to help people find their way through assessment of their problem and then develop a plan to treat the whole person, not just one aspect. We believe that a trusting relationship with a counselor begins this process of healing.
