Emily is a therapist counseling individuals and couples. Emily has extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and life changes (and more).
Her approach is person-centered and treatment approach is unique to each client. Emily has additional training in Gottman couple's approach, CBT, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, hypnotherapy and Lifespan Integration (LI).
