Tuesday:6:00 am - Tabata and Abs 8:30 am- Cardio Boot Camp 9:15 am-Pilates Sculpt-Tone,4:30 pm- Zumba, 5:30 pm-Step Interval 5:30 -Spin 6:30 pm -Yoga
