Reflexion Fitness and Wellness

I have been searching for a gym that as a community culture and is supportive and inclusive. Reflexion checks every box and then some. I couldn’t recommend it enough!! The best atmosphere, classes and it’s such a great group of women!

I joined Reflexion about a year ago- and can honestly say I am grateful everyday! Laura and the Reflexion team create a warm, friendly, welcoming, non-judgmental environment! Creative and killer workouts that will have you feeling sore for days after. With a great group of women who support one another to achieve their goals! If you haven’t checked it out yet- don’t wait any longer!

I've been trying to lose weight for years and was never able to until I came to Laura and its because I finally found a place that I love. Not only is Laura very supportive but she makes working out fun, she challenges you and pushes you. This goes for all the trainers at this gym. I've taken multiple classes and enjoyed them all, I've also worked out with Laura one and one and I highly recommend it. I get so much more than a workout when I come to this gym. Since June 2018 I've been coming to this gym and I am down 18 pounds and 13 inches and I owe it all to you guys! Thank you so much!!

SO HAPPY my coworker & I discovered this fitness studio. The owner is amazing & her fitness instructors are just as great! I finally found my "workout spot" & the workouts are fun & varied which makes them go by SO fast!! Also pumped its in Cranston!! Check em' out! :

Reflexion Fitness is a gym where everyone feels welcome the moment you walk in the door. The gym is run by an amazing woman who truly understands how important it is for woman to feel good about themselves while getting healthy.

This gym is more than just a place to exercise. It’s a home. I have made lasting friendships and had wonderful experiences here.
