Good fro yo. Lots of toppings, the yogurt variety was good, and it wasn’t too expensive - $16 for one small cup filled to the top with a couple toppings. Be careful, it’s easy to get too much because it’s pay by weight! Good music on the radio, too - Saint Motel and Briston Maroney! A good desert experience overall. They have Christmas decorations too! Interesting choice of Christmas bear but I was there for it.
My wife went up and asked the girl at the counter if they still did samples, to which she replied no… As soon as she walked away to come back to me the girl pulled out two sample cups and handed them to these two boys to which they then began sampling things. Totally can be reviewed by the cameras. About 8:40 Friday night March 25th 2022… She is treating this place like her very own playground and it’s disgusting customer service. The flavors of the yogurt are good, but the way we were treated will be the reason we don’t come back. She hasn’t helped the other girl whatsoever. She’s lazy and rude. Hopefully it’s addressed by her manager…
I’ve only ever purchased on the DoorDash app. We like this 2-4 times a week. They write little hearts by my name on the order. I love that. This is the best taste in Utah.
The ice cream here is priced based on the weight of the ice cream and the toppings applied. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, and and the ambiance is very relaxed, fun, and friendly. My daughter and I really love this place because there are so many colorful and delicious icecream, frozen yogurt, and sorbet options to choose from; as well as a plethora of delicious toppings to go along with them. This is always a fun and delicious option for the whole family to spend some quality time together. And we have enjoyed our visits here every time.
My husband and I show up today 15 minutes after they are supposed to be open, but they said they have to finish wrapping things and to come back in 45 minutes. Why wasn’t this all done before opening? Super frustrating especially since we made a special trip up to eat their frozen yogurt. I will NOT be going back do to their lack of business etiquette and customer service.
Lots of selections! You choose the frozen yogurt or custard and then add toppings. Has become a favorite with our kids so is a great place to take them as a reward or when the craving hits. Cozy and Comfortable seating area that is way less formal than most. And it is connected to a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!
My favorite frozen yogurt place. They have so many great toppings and flavors, and there's a really fun and light atmosphere inside too. They offer board games to play while you eat, which is fun.
More expensive than Yogurtland and not anywhere near as good. Updated: 1 star from 3. They no longer do sample cups because it’s “unsanitary” but yet people serve their own cups. I asked what happens if someone doesn’t like a flavor and the employee shrugged and said “I guess read the flavor first to know if you like it.” I’m not gonna rip the employee because they obviously weren’t trained how to handle this selfish and penny pinching owner’s policy. I’ve had issues with this place for a long time, but my wife likes it and we moved across The Valley last year so we stopped by while we were close. Won’t be visiting again. They did

Why would you not have sample cups? There's no way to know if you like the flavors listed other then fill your bowl up and purchase. Never been to a froyo shop that made you do that.
