Bob has taken care of my company for almost 5 years now. He's saved my butt many times and ALWAYS comes through! His price for my business which is VERY high risk was astounding and I get great coverage and service from him every time. He answers the phone and is always very polite. He clearly cares about people and he's honest, which I guess some people find offensive. Oh well! Their loss! He's a great guy. Give him a call.

Bob and his team have taken care of the insurance needs for all or some of my family members for almost a decade, in both a home or professional capacity. I've been with a national company for over 30 years, so I'm definitely not a price shopper who changes companies based solely on price. I realized through some of my neighbors that my premiums were significantly higher than theirs for similar coverage, and decided to shop around. Called Bob Willig, and explained all of the above. He launched into a prepared speech about how "If I'm just price shopping, and not able to see the big picture, then his company might not be a good fit" What a condescending jerk. Had he listened to what I said, he would know that I'm absolutely not a price shopper. 30 years with the same companyVery rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I've been with RMIAs for almost 10 years.Bob and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable group of professionals in the industry. I recommend this company hands down as being the best for all types of insurance.
