Dream Dental Care

Dentist is the only one in the office no other options. He doesn’t listen to his patients and is the most arrogant doctor I’ve ever had experience with. No professional/personal bedside manner. I expressed concerns about my care and how we should go about treating my issue and he threw his gloves in the trash and walked out on me. Telling me we have one way of doing this, even if you feel uncomfortable no other options will be offered.

0 STARS!!!!!! I’m so disappointed with my experience, when I arrived for my appointment they said they were having issues with my insurance and I told them to cancel if any issues and they INSISTED it was fine and to continue, I had a filling done and they completely screwed up my tooth! I tried calling back to let them and they never responded to me now two months letter they are sending me a bill for said filling and still won’t answer my calls? Worst dentist I have ever been to, incompetent staff, and still can’t properly chew on my right side because of them. And funny enough my tooth never hurt before they touched it………

This place is terrible they schedule appointments without my consent and without my knowledge and this company has a policy if you missed one appointment they’ll choose to not schuedule you and tell you to in their words “find a better dentist that actually cares”

I wish I could give them 0 stars because this is the absolute worst and unprofessional dental office I have ever dealt with! I had a root canal done in July, crown was denied by insurance because the root canal wasn't done deep enough. The receptionist argued with me saying it was. Never heard back from anyone about what I need to do and my insurance company has also tried to reach out to them to get documentation and can't get a response. I can't believe this place is still in business!!!!

Had an issue with a tooth about two years ago and asked them to just pull it. They insisted on doing a root canal then said I have to be approved for a crown. So he said “just be careful” never heard back never called back after I’ve left messages and now my tooth is broken in half and I can’t get in anywhere for it to be pulled.. worst place ever

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! I am giving them 0 stars because they are rude and DO NOT care about the patients. I called them over a month ago and got the appointment made for my daughter, I have to drive over 45 mins to even get to this dentist. I called ahead before entering because I couldn't locate the office and she the receptionist went to check my appointment and she told me that my daughter couldn't be seen today because I didn't confirm my appointment. The receptionist Shannon told me that they called me but couldn't leave me a message due to my inbox being full which it isn't. I called that number back the same day she called me because it was an unknown number but the line was busy. You would think they would've called back to get ahold of me? No they didn't, and she had told me that it is my responsibility to confirm the appointment. Well how am I supposed to confirm my appointment it they NEVER GOT AHOLD OF ME?!?!?!?! Again don't go here at all, let them loose the business for being ungrateful human beings. I wasted over 1/4 of a tank of gas for this dumb place.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! We have made multiple trips over the last few months to get my son's tooth fixed root canal, and it still isn't fixed. We live an hour away might I add. They've moved appointments on me and rescheduled more times than I can count, and today the icing on the cake was sending me to their Bellevue office that isn't even open on Fridays. When I got the confirmation call it was from the Bellevue clinic so of course I asked if this appointment would be there and was told yes. When I show up the door is locked and no one would answer the phone at either location. I left a message at the Council Bluffs location and got a call back an hour after I left the message. When I told them I would be seeking a new dentist they informed me that I will be billed for the work they didn't do putting on my son's crown. AVOID THIS PLACE! YOU'D BE BETTER OFF LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Great staff completely let me understand what each thing they said meant figured out what the problem was right as soon as I came in and we're very helpful to explain things to do or not to do when it came to my teeth one dentist who takes my insurance and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else

I'm very glad they got rid of the receptionist who was working there as of a year ago or so. I give three stars for several reasons, but one was because they let her work there for so long. She was the rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with and I complained about her several times without any follow-up from staff. We have had some issues with scheduling conflicts. I had an appointment reminder card say one date and time only to show up on two separate occasions to find out that the time was incorrect compared to their system. Of course both times we were in the wrong and had to leave and come back later. I understand you can only see so many people a day but recently my son had an extremely bad toothache and after being told he would need a root canal, they wanted us to wait two weeks to have it done. He was in so much pain he couldn't eat or sleep but we were supposed to wait two weeks for relief? After debating with the scheduler they magically had another appointment available 2 days later. I had to stop going there because of how I was treated. I use stuntz Family Dentistry which I am absolutely in love with! The only reason I continue to take my kids to dream Dental is because I couldn't afford the $75 to transfer their records to my dentist office. Not the worst place in the world... Not the best either.

They continuously cancel my appointments because the doctor is never in, they are absolutely horrible for sticking to their own schedule! I have waited almost 2 months for them to fix a hole in my tooth because they wait till the day before my appointments to cancel it. WORST DENTIST EVER!
