We love Dr Tony and his staff. They are so patient with anxious kids, letting them know what they are going to do before doing it. It has made for a much easier and a very positive experience. The office is very clean and inviting. Highly recommend !

My daughter had a broken bracket, they could not get her in to the Council Bluffs location so they sent her to the Bellevue location to get it fixed. Her regular appoint was scheduled for today a month later & they had cancelled it since she was seen in Bellevue. They never told us it was cancelled - we drove all the way to the appointment, dropped her off & left before she called to say she didn't have an appointment today. Very unhappy with this place!

Have been going here since my now 38 yr old child needed braces as an early teen, all 3 of my children got braces here, now my grandkids are getting their braces. Have always had positive interactions from Dr Ziegler and now Dr Tony.

I have left a message every day and no one has returned my call. My son has 3 broken brackets and 2 missing brackets and a broken wire. I recognize we are in a pandemic but you are now open and his mouth needs attention! I will NOT go away.

Good service, daughter likes them, able to get her in asap when needed if anything breaks, had to pay out of pocket as insurance wouldn't cover, was given a discount for it and able to make monthly payments.

My daughter's brackets keep breaking and it's very hard to get in touch with anyone from this office outside of normal business hours.

They have made huge improvements in customer service and that is everything to me.
