Been to this resort 3 times this summer and will keep going back. Everything about it was perfect from the location, the site, the staff always going above and beyond. The pool is great and the resort very clean. I will continue to vacation here and to enjoy this lovely resort.Service: 5/5
We stayed in the transient section and really liked the site! Good view of the lake, nice grass on the site..water and hydro and the dump.station is there on your way out..we even called last minute to see if they had an opening and they did! Park events were also fun to participate in.Service: 5/5
The most beautiful well kept park I have been to. Owner is super nice!!Location: 5/5
Not a hotel but a lovely rv park right on Rice Lake. Well managed, level and spacious sites. 5 minutes from town.Rooms: 5/5
Very nice and well maintain resort. Lots of activities for children. Playground in the centre, so it’s easy to watch. Owners are very nice. After 10 the park is quiet, which is awesome when you have children or grandkids trying to sleep
It's like a family here. We'll maintained place, little tuck shop, pool, child friendly! I love it
Well, when we arrived our site was given to someone else close to the same last name... then it took a WHILE to figure out what they were gonna do for us and offered us another park that they owned! Finally after an hour they put us in another location which I will be honest was very nice... close to the park for LO... however the lack of knowing what to do the lack of where the owner was, was very very frustrating. I had to let my partner take over which thank goodness he was able to have it figured out. Then when I tried to explain my frustration to the owner and my reasoning of choosing where to be... she told me she'd give our money back and we could go somewhere else nice... she said she'd come back and never did. The outhouse that we would have to use even my LO wouldn't go in it... thank gawd for having a trailer. Then to learn you had to PAY for showers... SERIOUSLY.... I will say the park is exceptionally clean, from word of mouth they cleaned up the water front, pool was not heated as it states but it wasn't bad was clean too, they collect your recycling and garbage which was nice. I think they need to up their customer service and maybe the program they use for booking sites and verifying people's names....
Great people nice parkService: 4/5
We absolutely love Dreamland. Eric has been most helpful and friendly. This is the most well kept trailer park I have ever seen. It is so peaceful yet a fun place for kids as well.
This campground/trailor park doesnt know the meaning of customer service. From the instance i arrived i was met with an extremely curt, demeaning and overall rude attitude. Upon trying to be polite and accomodating i was made to feel very unwelcome and would never stay at this site again. I had to supply the toilet paper for the tenting sites for the weekend as the bathrooms were not cleaned or replenished the entire time being stocked with only 1 small roll of toilet paper for at least 20 families tenting in that area. Management was rarely available and when they were seen they were more inclined to complain about their job then actually doing it. I have visited this campground twice now trying to give them another chance as we all have bad days but i am sorry to report the reception was even worse the second time.
