This Target has everything! It is clean, well organized, and fully stocked! Very impressive toy selection with unique options not found elsewhere!

Be careful shopping here! A Target employee not paying attention ran into me with a large work cart, knocking me to the floor and injuring me. He just smirked and said "you good" and kept walking. No apology from the manager or anybody at Target corporate! Would hate to think if it were a child who got ran over. Will be taking legal action.

I had a strangely poor experience, which was very jarring during a return where I felt handled, dismissed, and shamed. Besides the return experience, every other visit has been enjoyable I am only describing this one visit. It is hard to describe how bad my return experience was. The best I can do is it was disrespectful, dismissive, and shaming. It was jarringly bad. Like a stranger suddenly slapping you in the face and then continuing about their day like what was done is ok to do to you and always has been. I am emphasizing this because I was so very troubled.

Well its 11:30,  Target closes at 10 and there are a bunch of us sitting/locked in Target. We were told at 9:50 that there was a man with a gun in the parking lot and had to wait for our safety. I guess there are a lot worse places to be trap in. They have offered anything we want to eat,  drink or whatever we need. So my issues is with the police+swat.. What the heck is taking so long?

One of the worst experience with an unprofessional manger named BIANCA. She was even acting childish screaming out ok byeee and said she was fine with being reported. As she said that she screamed her name out loud BIANCA in front of the whole store. To me that’s childish behavior and there shouldn’t be a manager with that behavior running a store like this.

Their employees do not care enough to go find items you ordered for pickup, even if its a single, lightweight item. They'll just flag it as OOS. Don't risk your coupons or other special discounts, just go inside and get it yourself.

Everyone is so helpful and they always have everything I am looking for.

The store is clean, the workers are friendly, the things I need are usually in stock. Prices are great!

We were driving through from out of state and placed an order for something we forgot at 7am. We are on a time crunch so placed it for drive up. Within 20 minutes the order item was marked out of stock after originally saying there were 5 in stock. We stopped and I ran in to the location it said they were on the app and found it. Obviously someone didn’t want to do their job this morning and found it easiest to mark it as out of stock so they didn’t have to pull it. Ridiculous and put us behind schedule.

I love the Eau Claire Target. I'm happy to see the staff wearing masks, most businesses don't. I think that the curbside pickup is wonderful. I wish I lived closer to a Target. Thank you to all of the staff. Please stay safe!
