Ordered a shirt through Amazon and NEVER received it.. They have been going back and forth with me for 3 days refusing to give me a refund of 27.00. Come to find out I have friends that ordered with them that had the same issue. First time and last time ordering from them
I don't know if it's body shaming intentionally but there is absolutely no size 13 available at all in anything.
This store is one of a kind and the selection of apparel is unique with a variety of brand names to choose from. I particularly like the fact that it's affiliated with the online shopping application "Wish" which I shop from and can have packages shipped to this store's location instead of sent to your address and saves you money. The staff is helpful and the vibe in the store has a laid back easy going feel about it with a satellite radio station playing good mixes of rock and roll, classic rock, pop, easy listening, top 40, metal and other genres that never repeat and seem to be all great songs with no commercials. Overall this store rocks!
This place is a scam! I bought shoes for my daughter and they sent me the wrong size! The wrong size shoes were in a box that was labeled the correct size. The shoes were also not in very good condition. When I asked them to exchange for the correct size they said that they did not have that size. I was then told that I can return the shoes but they said I was required to pay for shipping the shoes back to them. I find this very unprofessional due to the fact that they sent me the wrong item to begin with. Reading some reviews after the fact makes this seem like this is common practice for this business! I really hope this review can help save someone else an avoidable headache! Do not buy from Dress Code Clothing 2 locations in Arizona
First purchase was online - I happened to be resorting in Tucson and remembered this shop was local. I made a quick decision to run over and grab some shorts for the pool. 2 hours later I was grabbing what I could, enjoying the assortment and having a great time talking to the employees who were killing it with their customer service I wish I remembered the 2 girls working 4/5/19. I couldn't have been a happier customer and was really impressed with the buyer/planner strategy for product selection. They are doing a great job and will continue shopping from a distance. Thanks DC!
Dress Code was awesome and the sales associate was the sweetest ever! I went for shoes and they had a good selection. The sales associate helped me find the right size and color and was very understanding. She also helped me look at jackets and shirts. I love this store, hands down!
The folks I worked with were super helpful and knowledgeable, they also hooked it up with an amazing deal on a pair of Persol sunglasses. Manager offered to look up the glasses and price match ONLINE! I was stoked and was able to buy my glasses before my vacation instead of after because of the discount. Service was just awesome. Not the cheapest store in terms of total you'll spend there, but if you just talk to em, you'll get a great deal on higher end stuff that just isn't cheap anywhere. Much appreciated and when I'm looking for something nice to splurge on, I'll be back for sure!
I remember buying shirts there around 7 or 8 years ago while visiting family in Tucson. I needed a new Foo Fighters shirt this time visiting family and remembered this place. It was exactly as I remembered. Everyone that works there is awesome and very helpful. They had so many choices and even though they didn't have my first choice in Led Zeppelin shirts I'm very happy to know that I can have them delivered to me in New Mexico.
Haven't stopped by in many years. The store was very nice. I recieved awesome service from a very helpful associate. I found the band shirts I needed and ordered one that wasn't in stock. Thanks for the great experience. You guys are great!
Dress Code is a really great place. Even if they don't end up having what you need, their customer service is on Point!!! Thank you Sage for helping a girl out! You were very kind throughout the entire process. I was able to find some pants that worked. Thank you again for your help! 10/10 would completely recommend to friends and family.
