I didn't know this was a clearance center until today .... ALL SEQUINED DRESSES ARE 65% OFF! You could literally dress all your bridesmaids like right now for the low! I can't wait to go back and stock up on the goodies!
I have never seen so many tacky clothes made of inferior material and poorly designed under one roof. Dillard's was at one time a place where quality and style could be found...even at the outlet. I was so very disappointed.
STALKED BY A SECURITY AND A DISRESPECTFUL STAFF . I NEED A GOOD EXPLANATION FOR SUCH EMOTIONAL DAMAGE! I just moved in to Charlotte, I had to drive 30 minutes to this place. At first encounter, I met this lady who was so nice Ukrainian origin, I felt very safe not until I realized while I was shopping the was this guy all over me; at first I thought he was shopping as well, then I understood he was a security as I saw him talking with another staff so to me, he was just doing his job which I thought very right. Then the next day I came, I noticed he was everywhere around me. On this particular day, I came in almost closing time and I get so confuse with choices when I shop, and they had started calling on customers to round up, and this guy was standing there admist the many other customers, he was watching me but, then again I thought it was ok as he was only trying to keep me remind me I had to leave. Today, being my third visit, because on my previous visit I was charged twice of what I purchased, I went for a refund and the moment I got in here this Tall guy with the hair was standing very next to me as I spoke with the cashier, I wasn’t bordered until I noticed he was following me everywhere in the store so, I turned around to a Staff who happened to be the Assistant manager and reported to him and he claimed “ The said security wasn’t stalking me else he would’ve told him. I insisted he was, I gave him my reason, and when I moved the guy stopped and then, they now sent a lady staff who started meanfully followed me. It’s my first ever, I was so confused and started feeling very disturbed so, I went to a lady, and aged lady and asked if she has had any such encounter here at the store, and she said it was strange, but I should ignore them. While I was talking to the Lady, the lady Staff was standing right across me, and I asked with a hand gesture what was what? She turned around mocking and explaining to another staff. It was time for me to leave, as I got to the counter, that’s when she turned around and left. I would’ve cried loud if I was a baby. I started panicking then I asked the very kind lady at the cashier who was ringing me if the manager was present and if my experience was how they work in the store. She said, that wasn’t normal at all and it wasn’t right. She called the Assistant Manager and that’s how I knew it was the AM I had talked to the first time. So, he said no one was stalking me, but he would asked them and will look at the cameras, and would let me know the feedback. This is no funny experience. No one should go through this ever no matter what. I have returned home since then and having a terrible anxiety. I’ll call and find out. THANkS TO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. I want to appreciate the AS for acting promptly to my complaint mostly especially reassuring me he would do everything to guarantee my safety in the store. I’m still not confident yet, but knowing he cares about his customers well-being, I’ll get to go back someday and not let insignificant people who don’t even know what it requires to own a buisness destroy someone else’s stop me from returning. I especially want to thank the great working Staffs especially the two white ladies I had met, who make this place convienient for customers.
We wouldn't buy clothes anywhere else...ever. The prices are fantastic, especially when coupled with holiday mark downs. It would be silly to purchase something at any retail department store.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I moved back to NC in 2017 and I am JUST now learning about this place!?!?! Hands down your best bet for ANY special occasion. Or well, any reason to shop. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Prices are ridiculously low and up to date with trends. Highly recommend. Even if you don't live close by. It's worth a couple hour drive for a day if shopping. I've been 3 times now and have yet to get through the entire store! LOVE IT!

Best place to shop! Incredibly well organized and clean. Great name brands and every color for every season imaginable.
You can generally always find a bargain out here. The prices are phenomenal, I highly recommend shopping here!
