Personal Training & Group Bootcamps: Each workout is designed to promote functional speed, jumping ability, explosive power, balance, flexibility, agility, strength, and cardio-vascular endurance. DMF operates under the philosophy that all programs should be progressive and become more demanding and rigorous over time. DMF classes are sure to be s butt-kicking combo of cardio exercises, strength training and awesome music infused with fun and energy!

Functional: Fitness should be functional in that it should improve the way you move every day. Sitting, standing, bending and lifting are all functional movements. We utilize “whole-body integration” which is a style of training where instead of isolating a particular muscle, or muscle group, individuals utilize their entire body either to move or stabilize focusing on movement patterns that relate to things you will do every day.
Do it in a group! DMF combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with the additional motivation of working in a group (all ability-levels simultaneously). The beauty of exercising to music and being led by a group exercise leader is that you tend to work harder and longer than you would on your own. The support provided by likeminded individuals who share your quest for a functionally fit body can hasten success for everyone involved. Drill Master Fitness promises to kick your butt with a combination of cardio exercise and strength training exercise that focuses on multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each class is strategically composed so that you’ll never do the exact same routine twice.
