"Our institute was founded in 1986 by owner and instructor Kyoshi Jeff Driscoll. He’s been practicing martial arts for well over three decades now and has committed his career to helping people unlock their potential through training and discipline. Here, you won’t just learn strikes and grappling -- you’ll learn to strive for more, test your abilities, and become a better person in your everyday life.
