Weekday morning staff is wonderful. Machines are clean and no lines!! But the locker room is very hot. Uncomfortably hot. Dread showering and changing for work there
The staff is about as helpful as wet cardboard in a flood. There's much better options than this place. They're beyond condescending when you ask the simplest questions and always seem to be moody and whiny. Seems they're just paid to stare and be miserable at the front desk. Good luck finding any paper towel machines to clean off the machines because they're too lazy to even restock them. Hire better employees.
Place is very clean and very friendly staff never had to wait for any machine I wanted to use they always have plenty. I like the members only room the massage chairs are great always feel good after using them and the body modification room it's cool too always are open all the time for us people who work days or are night owls like me.
Clean, well lit, well maintained equipment. Everybody is usually well mannered and keep to themselves. If you have questions or advice, the staffing makes themselves available.
This gymincluding bathrooms! is clean, spacious, and l love the colors. Im visiting my mum from Texas and got the opportunity to work out here for 1 week before they closed due to PA covid guidelines. : . I'm so bummed.
I have never seen such deplorable conditions uncleanliness in the gym especially the women’s locker room where they like to leave used taponds for days on end in the shower for an example the other example is the broken handle in the tanning bed left unattended for weeks on end for people to cut their handThe management is one that is NOT educated on-how to give people their privacy or space to either work out or shower in the gym And since there are other gyms 30 miles away I would take the time to go to them instead of this planet fitness it is the worst planet fitness I have ever seen in all 50 states
This location Schuylkill Haven,PA is very clean and Cheyenne one of the managers is just an incredible guy. You will never have to wait for equipment. Fully sanitized everywhere with wipes and spray readily available. It's definitely worth the fee. I found a lot of the members very unsociable and standoffish though. I understand it is not a social hall but on the other hand I think people should be respectful and kind. I didn't find that at this location. Judgment free zone is questionable at times. They only turn the music on when they remember to do so. I was also told by the senior manager that they would be getting new massage chairs last year and they never did hence, that is one of the reasons I canceled my membership. I may reconsider joining again someday because it is a big bang for your buck.
This is a great place. I have never seen a day where the place was dirty. They do a great job at keeping everything clean. The staff is mostly young adults ages 18-25 and they are always very welcoming and helpful.

The gym here is Fantastic, BUT The tanning is the worst ever. 5 beds a 2 booths, 3 beds and 1 booth are broke and the 3 that are working don't tan. All of these need the blubs replaced. This was going on last year also. Something needs to be done here instead of the manager telling you the bulbs are going to be replaced the following week and then NOTHING is done. Just really tired of being lied to and wasting my money and time. Like I said SOMETHING has to be done!!
