Do not expect to spend excessive time in the waiting room. Just don’t be too surprised if when the appointment is over, your child isn’t quite “ready” to leave yet. They often want to linger to watch a little more of the movie that’s playing, play one more video game, or pay one more visit to the turtles in our private garden.
