I took my daughter for her 1st appointment. The staff was amazing. We were taken back on time & treated excellent. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Gabaldon and his staff are amazing. Always on time, always caring & always helpful. This staff actually takes the time to get to know you & make you feel like more than just another patient. Veronica receptionist/office manager is thee best,, always super sweet & goes above & beyond helping patients. Truly appreciate them & I'm grateful I found a place I feel comfortable & cared for.

We have been going to Dr. Gabaldon since 1997. We moved to San Antonio, TX and can't bring ourselves to find a new dentist so we drive back. We have such a wonderful relationship with him and his staff. They know and care for us. We always get the best care!

I love coming to see dr Gabaldon. He’s very kind and understanding to my needs. Staff is very nice and welcoming. I’ve had my share of dentist and staff that were rude and made me feel unwelcome. So it’s refreshing to find a dentist that makes going to get your teeth cleaned comfortable! Although there have been times I’ve had to wait a little longer, it’s so worth it!

Outstanding dentist and the lady who deeps cleans my teeth is outstanding as well. I've been coming to this dentist since my adult children were kids and I love it. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient of this doctor for 18 years. This has come to an end due to the carelessness of the front office staff. They called us Friday to reschedule an appointment we had for Wednesday the following week, to be moved to Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and we make our way to the dentist office. Due to traffic on the road and taking off from home in advance we were 15 mins late. We called the office to advise them of the delay, they said they could not see us today and wanted to reschedule for tomorrow which was the original appointment slot. We are a family of 4 expecting to get our teeth checked and clean but that did not happen. Sadly they only see you as a number not a real customer. This caused for us working parents, to ask for the day off to be moved several times due to the reschedule of the appointment and lost of time. Basically, our time was wasted as well as our young girls from school for nothing.

Always on time and has the nicest staff!! Dr Gabaldon has always been so nice and polite. Love coming here!

BEST DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN LAS CRUCES! As a born and raised permanent resident I have decades of experience in town with dentists and doctors offices. I can tell you that this office is amazing. I had a bad toothache and found this office after doing some thorough research. Coming from a bad dental experience from another dentist here in town I was more apprehensive than usual. Like many people I have anxiety issues when it comes to dentists and I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Veronica is the office manager and she was very patient, kind, considerate, and accommodating. She assured me that everything was going to be alright. She got me in quickly to see what the problem was and Virginia took xrays and explained that I needed a root canal and a crown or I could have the rear molar removed. Virginia was so kind and patient and upbeat and I was instantly put at ease. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns and lead me in the right direction. That right direction was to have the root canal and then come back for a crown. I had the root canal done by the endodontist office of Dr. Edward Kaminsky and Dr. Marcus Minor which they referred me to. Veronica actually called their office ahead of time and explained my anxiety issues so they would be prepared. Their referral was spot on. Dr. Kaminsky was the one that completed the root canal and I highly recommend him and his staff. While my anxiety with the root canal was over I still had to complete the follow up and crown. Along with my anxiety issues I returned to Dr. Gabaldon's office for a full set of xrays, cleaning, and the crown. Veronica again put my mind at ease and Virginia was at my side as she cheerfully completed the xrays. Then I met Dr. Gene Gabaldon. He was extremely kind, patient, personable, and walked me through everything that was going to happen. He also thoroughly went over my xrays and explained I had no other cavities and we discussed some demineralization of my teeth and whitening options. The crown went so smoothly and Dr. Gabaldon was truly extraordinary. I was immediately put at ease in working with him. He has a personality that is calming and well suited to people with dental anxieties. He made sure I was comfortable and took his time with me in making sure everything was completed properly. Also they were on time for both visits. To get in to see a doctor at the time they schedule you for is rare and appreciated. I had been told by the previous dentist several times that the tooth that I had pain with was "fine" and as it turns out it was not alright and so the pain which I now believe was a cavity turned into a worse dental problem and caused me to need the root canal and crown. I wished I had been to see Dr. Gabaldon years ago because him and his staff would not have overlooked this problem and they would have saved the tooth well before it became an issue. While it was well worth the money they would have also saved me the large out of pocket expense of a root canal. After the root canal Dr. Gabaldon and Virginia completed the cleaning. It was very complete and thorough. When everything was done and I sat in the chair fully relaxed I was not ready to leave! Veronica followed up with me with any other questions I had and gracefully completed my visit to the office. They had made my experience so positive and rewarding and I am still in awe at the level of service. Since then they have collaborated with me regarding several dental concerns. One of those was the tooth demineralization which they made sure I had the right prescription tooth paste for my pharmacy to fill. Now I am pain free and have a dental office I can count on and actually look forward to future appointments and any procedures that may be needed. I highly recommend Dr. Gabaldon and his staff. Truly amazing!

I’m the three years that I’ve been seeing this practice, I’ve only seen the actual dentist once; the initial visit. After that, I never saw him again. He doesn’t even come see the work to verify that everything was since correctly. Will be leaving this practice at the start of this year.
