Great shoe selection! Found what I needed. However, they should be more mindful of unconscious bias against minorities. Lori went above and beyond to greet a white customer and simply ignored me when I came in right behind the woman. She was also kind of short with me asking for my phone number and not saying hello/ how are you at the register but politely greeted more white customers after I left the line. Just because people don’t say anything in the moment does NOT mean they are not paying attention to these types of actions. If you can’t treat ALL customers with the same quality of service don’t work in retail! Just calling it like I see it.

They really didn't have my size in the shoes I liked, even though my size is the display size . Prices were good, I mean it's DSW, the cashier basically made me sign up for their rewards card even though I told her I would do it on my own time. The experience wasn't that good but cashiers come and go, so I'd wait a month or two before I'll return. Unless I find a different store to visit.

Generally speaking, a good place to shop and grab some shoes, especially if you're looking for a dress shoes and perhaps boots. The selection varies from time to time and sometimes you will find great value and other times the prices are just not great. I do recommend checking it out if you're trying to stay away from the mall chaos.

Last time I came into the store, about a month ago, the employees were so busy gossiping about a different employee that there was no one to help. The gossip continued during check out as well..... allll the drama that I, as a shopper should not hear. Today I decided to do a quick curbside pickup, remained on the line for a good five minutes with constant ringing and no one picked up. Decided to come inside and pick up instead, thinking they are probably busy. Inside, the two “cashiers” were busy giggling and scrolling on their phones. There was no line, the store was basically empty, yet they could not rip themselves away from their phones for five minutes to take out an order. I understand that there’s a “shortage” of workers and all, but the store was empty, there was no line at checkout either.  The employee behavior was unacceptable.

Horrible! I’d rather walk barefoot on glass and nails than ever buying anything from them. Waited for 47 minutes not exaggerating at all. Check the cameras. I was there today from 1:45 to 2:39to place an online order with an associate Stanthat couldn’t figure out out how to do it. He redeemed my 2 gift cards somehow with his erroneous ways. Instead of asking for help he just kept saying “ let’s try it again from the beginning..” 6 times mind you. He was able to call and get one gift card reloaded. I asked about the second one he said that he didn’t redeem that one. That was a big fat lie! Now on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve it. And as a added bonus one of my $10 rewards were redeemed and he tried to apologize and offer me a $10 gift card. Tried to use that and it is apparently has been redeemed.

Good selection of shoes, decent prices.

The best shoe store! I love it. Good quality and good price, especially when you have rewards on your account and additional $10 off coupon which they send you time to time... I always use these chances and I have good deal with this coupons and rewards!!! It is very nice to earn points and have rewards.

I've always had wonderful customer service here! Today Lori helped me return a pair of booties from an online order that I really loved, but were a tad small in the toes. I have very narrow feet so it's hard to find booties in narrow width. She helped me reorder the same booties in a half size larger and had them shipped to my home. Thank you Lori for double checking everything to make sure everything was correct and I got my discounts!

I tried to return a pair of shoes with the receipt  that was never worn and got denied! Yes it was past the 90 days but You make it pretty hard to return items when the store either opens later In the day or is not open at all. Why punish your customers like that. I guess they don’t want the business. They just lost this return customer. Work customer service ever
